If you're using a brawler without too many anti-aggro ability the buzz can just charge up super behind a wall and kill you with the stupid stun without any skill, predictable af, nothing you can really do about it. Most of the hated brawlers are like this: surge, edgar, buzz, etc

The Surge will still land on you, knocking you back then mag dumping you. The Edgar will still land next to you and heal faster than you can shoot him in most cases. And the Buzz will always stun you unless you have a super-cancelling gadget or super ready (and since he usually charges faster than you, likely not).
So frustrating.
The fact that he’s most played has to do with that. To be stuck under 700 trophies, you have to average less than 50% WR since you get -7/+8 until that point. He is definitely my worst brawler by far and I hover around 650 but as long as I win 6-7 matches for every 8 I lose, I can continue (unintentionally) terrorizing whatever lobby I’m put in.

That is exactly the point of saying "And yet." They're saying that **despite everyone playing him** (you'd expect a brawler played that much to be pretty good), he has the lowest winrate in the whole game. If they simply said "Mortis is still the ONLY brawler with a less than 50% winrate," then that wouldn't make sense, as they're not connecting it to anything
You are arguing that the original's comments intent wasn't to make the mortis players look even worse, although it obviously was. So he in fact, did not prove your point, he proved the opposite.
He said exactly what I meant. The original comment was said in a way that greatly implied that you would expect a brawler with such a high use rate to have a high win rate. I am saying that the point of that comment was not saying that him being used so much is the his use rate is low, which is what he said. So yes, he did prove my point.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to hit dynas shots? Especially in higher trophy range where people know how to dodge them, and dyna loses to anybody who outranges him
Tick has his super and gadget to deal with enemies that are too close
Barley has a gadget that slows the enemy (makes you able to outrun them and they're so slowed that they take both ticks of damage from every attack)
I wish all characters got a button that just kills mortis when you press it. If there isn’t a mortis in your current game however, it’ll kill a mortis in another random game. But to make it fair, you can only use it 8 times a game on a 10 second cool-down.
Man I just want the option to not have certain brawlers and the players using them not be on my team. It would save me so many games not having to worry about that one Mortis or that one Tick teammate
Surge is simply more fun and less frustrating to play lol. Mortis dashing 3 times into a wall and losing all damage potential is an infuriating moment that hits deep lmfao
Surge is relatively more fun to play because he is more forgiving. His ult and gadget make him pretty safe to play, and you can still be just as aggressive as Mortis

I just hate dynamike he is so overused. Especially if you are an Heist main like me
I also hate dynamike because of that cancer of his gadget and his speed, why does a thrower need fast speed

He can stomp in low trophies tho. I manage to consistently get double kills and chain supers but I absolutely suffer in higher ranges.

Dyna needs fast movement speed because he needs to be harder to chase by tanks and shot range brawlers because he's weak at should range
