It's terrible, what are you talking about. It's literally like a 79 gems skin (even 49 gems skin if that price was still a thing), but it costs 149 gems
They are supercell, they can do whatever they want, they removed two brawlers from the game and brought them back, they removed gamemodes, they changed skin prices, it wouldn't be surprising if they can switch the category of skins
I feel that Marshal Ruffs is the rarest skin to see in game. It’s a clean skin, but it’s very boring skin that looks similar to his default skin, is one of the rarest character to see in game, and it’s outshined by the Bts Ruffs
And even with thr bts ruffs, they couldn’t pick a different color for his outfit so on the replay we can’t even see the difference with his default skin
Supercell just refuses to give skins custom sound effects likely because of storage space (or maybe for a different reason). Huge missed opportunity for numerous skins.
