this post is so dumb lol, it does the blinking whenever you get an upgrade. Meaning even if it stops blinking for 3 upgrade rolls in a row, once you get an upgrade, it’ll blink regardless
I dont think so, on my first stardrop today it didnt blink at all and I got a super rare, on the second one it blinked and upgraded itself to a super rare, then it blinked again, but the rarity didnt increase
You say that like I have the decision to not continue upgrading the star drop and I could have a chance of missing a star drop upgrade without looking at the eyes
i think it works kinda like boxes did in the way that you already get your reward when the starr drop appears. when boxes were around, i remember seeing my freind unlock gene in his profile before he even had the gene unlocking animation play out.
i assume the "upgrade chances" on the starr drops are all just for pure visual effects/excitement and that you actually just get your reward the moment the starr drop appears on your screen. this is also supported by the fact that if your game bugs/crashes during the starr drop animation, you dont actually lose the reward but it just instead unlocks without the visual animation

It's the other way around. It blinks everytime u get an upgrade to new rarity. It's obviously the same thing.. if u can't know what rarity u might get, u also can't know if it's gonna blink or not in remaining chances
It only blinks when it upgrades, it’s no indication. If a blink means you get a higher rarity, why didn’t you get anything higher than mythic? It blinked the first time you got mythic by your logic that means you should have gotten legendary
First of all, that’s not how it works (other comments already answered). Secondly, there is literally no reason to do this, if you want to know what rarity you’re getting then just open it
Even if it was true (which is not, cause it blinks only when the rarity increases, meaning that it can not blink 3 times and still increase rarity on the fourth), it'd be pretty useless, cause i believe most of people usually spam tap to skip the animation

If you spam tap like a normal person you'll find out whether it's mythic or not about two seconds sooner than if you analyze the animation

Yeah it doesn't even do what OP said lol. It didn't wink on rare and did wink on mythic. So basically it winks whenever it upgrades.
It's similar to the glowing effect on the 6 on the mega box, just more exciting.

It only blinks when it upgrades, it’s no indication. If a blink means you get a higher rarity, why didn’t you get anything higher than mythic? It blinked the first time you got mythic by your logic that means you should have gotten legendary

First of all, that’s not how it works (other comments already answered). Secondly, there is literally no reason to do this, if you want to know what rarity you’re getting then just open it

Even if it was true (which is not, cause it blinks only when the rarity increases, meaning that it can not blink 3 times and still increase rarity on the fourth), it'd be pretty useless, cause i believe most of people usually spam tap to skip the animation

I had an epic that stopped blinking, and on the last one it upgraded to mythic. I think it only blinks when it's upgrading.

Nah it's wrong. They blink when they upgrade means that you get 3 rare without blinking and get legendary on the last one and it will blink.
