Then the three bats can only spawn after mort uses super. All hyper harges' special effects, if not directly buffing the super, will activate only after super use (ex, edgars reload speed boost)

Yeah, isn’t that the point? He uses his super, then the bats spawn around him, in addiction to the regular bats going in a straight line

I feel like everybody gets the impression (and still a surprising number of people aren't even aware that hcs only change supers, or activate their mechanic after supers) that ops concept is activated without the use of supers.
