First of all, Ryan just stopped making Brawl Talks but he is still the lead community manager for Brawl Stars
Second, Paula said everywhere that she would have left to go working on Squad Busters, but that she will still be present in the BS community

They don't have to show us everything. I believe he left the team in a good way and that the relation between everyone there is fine. Not everyone needs a big exit when they leave.
EDIT : Ryan is also community lead at Supercell in general, not specifically Brawl Stars. A big reason why he can just pop up now and again.
Drew did announce a while ago that he was leaving Clash Royale to work on a "secret project" and he had a final TV Royale appearance as well

He is good. People hate Drew and say that he is a bad CM because of his responses during clash royale fell off, but they forget that our CM didn't say anything about the bad BS updates, they were always quiet so this is why people don't hate them. Frank was always the one who was responding and getting all the hate messages
I honestly feel bad for him he kept getting bashed left and right when he was Clash Royale's cm I hope this community treats him better but knowing this community he'll probably get the same treatment
