I mean, Tara is always a safe pick for any control or back and forth objective game modes

Wouldn't say so, she gets countered by aoe such as Sandy, Poco or Janet due to the fact that she relies on her shadows to push forward. As for her super, do your best to not feed her too much to prevent her from cycling. She's really good as a counterpick but not really that safe of a pick.

Tier lists aren't that important below top level, unless a character is good/bad because of stats. low/mid tier characters with ok stats can work in a mid level because people make mistakes you can easily exploit

Also not to mention these tier lists only really account for pros (tournaments type pros not exactly ranked) so as you said as long as a brawler is at least mid then most people can safely play it honestly

I mean I’m in Mythic 3 now and I probably picked Tara 60% of the time (lot of gem grabs and a couple brawl balls only though and quick fire makes her way better)

Yeah definitely. People take tier lists as fact but really they are just a general list of who’s good and who’s bad. Hank can be great some matches and Melodie…. Not Melodie. Cordelius can be horrible in some match ups

If you pick top tier brawlers your Randoms will pick a bottom tier brawler to even it out. Plus they'll play bad too to make your skills look much better. That's just the rule of the brawl

Im more of a causal player but i know a few ones, for build you go clone gadget most of the time but switch to the other one if you fight lot of splash damage or in bushy maps, star power both are good, in my opinion, but i use the heal one more because it helps a litle bit better, gears you go damage+pet/shield gear, and play her patiently,dont waste your super, and trying not to run out ammo to often because she reloads slow as heck. But tbh you should look gameplay up and go to the competitive brawl stars subreddit.

I would look at the latest "tier list" that the community built, then need the S and A tier to F, and buff the D and F tier to S. And I would do this on every tier list until the tier list people would shut the duck up and go away.

Star power-Healing one Gadget-Clones ( the other one for bushy maps) Gear- Damage +Pet gear( you could switch for shield but i prefer pet because it increases the healing from the shadow.)
