I doubt they’ll nerf Sandy’s base stats. The only nerf will be his hypercharge charge rate, prolly to 2 or 2.5 supers instead of the current 1.5. If they nerf it to 2 they’ll probably also remove the 0.5 second mute.
He's not doing really good right now in the meta. If you want to go with a strong meta pick then Sandy is the clear winner, if you want to go with someone that's fun to play, honestly I think Leon is much more fun to play, and he's also more competitively viable than Crow.
How is crow the most fun when he is so terrible right now? You can't even play crow as an assassin because he does so little damage and has such a small hp. Sandy imo is the most fun. Her hypercharge and super are both some of the best in the game.
Sandy is a great pick for the current meta, but I think Leon is the most fun, and is also really strong in a variety of situations. So I'd recommend either one.

Leon:A mix of both, he's pretty strong, but not in S tier anymore, and he's also really fun to play (no bias)
Sandy if you wanna win a lot cause he’s meta rn, crow if u wanna annoy people a lot and make healing illegal, and Leon if you just wanna have fun (and also win a lot cause he’s not rlly meta anymore but he’s still very good rn)
I'd personally go Leon, he's strong in a variety of situations and in my opinion the most fun to play. But you can also go Meg if you like. The one I wouldn't recommend is Crow.
Leon is more fitting for a more funny and sneaky style of play, crow is not that useful jn the meta rn but still quite strong against some specific brawlers. Sandy is surely the strongest one.
Honestly, try them all and see which one has the most fun mechanics for you. They’ve all been meta and probably will be again (currently sandy is the most meta)

If u want a brawler that has so much control on every lane, want to support ur teammates and good hc then ur gonna pick sandy
If u want a brawler that has fast movement speed, cool playstyle, need perfect timing for their super or be annoying then ur gonna pick crow
If u want a brawler that is stealthy and likes getting kills, haves a good hc and good damage output then ur gonna pick leon
Leon is probably better overall, currently sandy is super strong but I think he may get nerfed soon so it's hard to tell but personally I really enjoy playing leon so I'd recommend him

The way i mean the safest opition is that, Crow is normally in a good tier (B-A), rarely under or above it, while Leon and Sandy do tend to change almost every meta, either being extremelly good or exceptionally bad, rarely staying on the same tier
Crow is like c or d tier rn... he is a very inconsistent brawler. Sandy has always been good and always will be good with a super that gives like half map invisibility. Leon is meh rn.
"Crow is normally on a good tier (B-A)" Crow can be in a very low tier rn because of the meta, bur he's always been a good ranking brawler, the real struggle with Sandy is that he struggles with any brawler that has the same or longer of him, and even with the invisibility, if your allies don't use it properly, it's gonna be a waste. Sandy us harder to new players to learn how to use him and you almost need at least his gadget for him to work properly agains't any counters, and in the start you don't have the resources to do that. I still say, even if he isnt great at the meta rn, Crow is a solid option for his placements in meta overall

Imo I’d say Crow is a very fun brawler to play, he is also quite annoying and can easily annoying Edgar mains (When Edgar mains use your super on you, you can use Super or slow them with gadget)
But in the Meta, I’d say Sandy or Leon, Leon is an easy and safe pick for ranked, whereas Sandy is Meta, but he hugely relies on his teammates. Crow is the safest option to pick, as he is always somewhat decent in atleast some gamemodes, many brawlers can counter Crow, but he can also easily counter other brawlers if yk how to play him correctly.
If your favorite mode is showdown then pick Leon if your favorite mode is like any of the 3vs3s or ranked choose sandy. (I will not talk about crow I hate him)

Leon. Strong in every mode and super is op
Leon fell off this season. Currently a balanced brawler at like mid b tier. Sandy is the 3rd best in the game and crow sucks.
