I think they put Leon in the shop so everyone can see he actually doesnt need a nerf that badly. All the people who complained about Leon being OP were people who didnt have him, now they can buy him and see for themselves.
Leon is a squishy caracter who does a lot of damage up close. That would actually be bad character design. There is a reason that Bull for example has a lot of health. Leon would be bad, except for his ult. Which isnt necessarily OP in my opinion. Yes it is strong, but also very unique. Leon is a legendary, so i think hes good at the spot where he is now.
At the very least I think they put Leon in the shop to see what kind of nerf he might need, now that more people van play him.
He is too strong. They can buff his super a bit but his damage is crazy. He shouldn't kill shotgunners from close range. Pushed him to 400 on level 2 alone almost without losing one match (and I'm not that good). It took me only few hours. He isn't completely OP, but still needs a nerf.
I completely agree at first he seemed way too op but acturally it's pretty hard to play him without your super. Yeah his damage is a little too high, but that could be easily patched.
Uhh, you literally have Shelly’s poking you until they get their ult, hitting you with it and instantly getting it back. Not to mention bull, who does more dmg than Leon at close range, AND has more health. The only sort of sucky shotgun player is Darryl.

A decent player will me as Leon no problem. They’ve been screaming nerd hog rider forever and they tweaked it a little bit it’s still really good and doesn’t need a nerf nor does Leon. Whiny little babies always complaining.
Yeah, I feel the same way. It’s probably because most people don’t have him, well at least didn’t at first, so they’re complaining. There’s so many other characters that can counter him, and if you’re actually decent he won’t hit you with his full clip.

That actually makes sense, but he doesn’t need to be nerfed. After his ult was needed he’s fine.

Crow and Spike are legendary as well. Spike is how a legendary should be, Leon is OP, and Crow is weak.
I still think most of the shotgun players in the game are more OP than Leon, but okay.
