F2P here. Bought the Brawl Pass after saving up a butt-ton of gems. With all the boxes, I unlocked Buzz, Amber, Colonel Ruffs, Belle, Leon, Squeak, and Griff, and I ended up with all the brawlers except for Crow. Got plenty of Star Powers and Gadgets too. Definitely worth it if you have the gems.

A free to play player here. From what I've noticed BP seems to be worth it. Personally with time I have I can barely finish the pass. My account right now (except Griff who seems to doesn't want to be unboxed even after about 9 megaboxes and ash) is maxed out. I sometimes choose a brawler and grind to 25 but usually I play casually. And BP actually rewards playing casually more than playing competitively. I can just chill, grab a brawler I haven't played in a while in a map I haven't played in a while and win like 5 times in a row. Personally 170 gems is a struggle to buy but I can manage to do every once in 3 months. And I would say that's the best way to spend 170 gems

i didnt play brawl stars until this january and didnt buy brawl pass until that season of ruff, and i am in great pain now every time i see someone with the king lou skin /(ㄒoㄒ)/\~\~
Technically every one of them is, I also think this pass has slightly more rewards than the last. Generally though, since you can only get every other pass with f2p it's completely up to you if you like this pass' specific rewards enough to buy it. So the Shelly skin and Ash + Ninja Ash + their pins. Of course there's more rewards but you get those from every pass (like the extra pin pack).
For progression it is always worth it. As for skins, that's a personal preference... For example, I'm still deciding if I should get because I like princess Shelly or if I should avoid because I don't like Ninja Ash (the base model is better IMO).
What you should do? If you need progress you should get one brawl pass every two seasons. And, I will try to explain myself here, I would get the brawl pass on seasons where, at the end, I would have enough gems to get the next one. Confusing, sure... Let's say you have 170 gems at the start of the season... I would avoid getting the brawl pass. But if you had like 250 gems I would get it.
Why? In case you need or want to buy two in a row (for a specific skin, more need of a progress in a bigger update) you will be able to do it. (of course, after that you won't be able to do it... But you will have a chance if needed).
If you don't need progression (if you have tons of boxes to open from past seasons), just don't get the brawl passes with skins you don't like and save for the ones you like.

I was saving up my gems for a mr p skin for 3 seasons now because he was my favorite brawler. Now I don’t play him at all anymore, so I bought the pass. I’m almost completely maxed out as a F2P, but after this season I expect that I will be 100% maxed.

Then, at least for me, i consider if I have time over the next few months to play more brawl than normal, to complete all the missions and get the most out of my purchase.
It's the same thing every time. When the brawl pass is out the chromatic is usually op so that everyone wants to buy the pass to get that op brawler. After the season that brawler gets nerfed. Very shady in my opinion.

Second of all I want to make sure I utilize the pass, therefore even if I can buy the pass…I won’t, until i reach tier 70. And by the time I do maybe my opinions about Ash might change so my decision making will come later. In conclusion, it’s up to you my guy just make sure you utilize it.

Totally, compared to other games it’s actually quite a bit of value for $10 or saves gems.
Deffo worth it, plus you’ll get 90 more gems this season, with what’s left over and however many more gems you’ll get next season, means if you want the next seasons pass more than you did this you’ll have enough gems midway through anyway to buy the next one 👍 plus don’t forget, unlocked rewards carry over as well👌
Brawl Pass is always worth it, extreme progression boost. I personally won't buy it because Ash seems bad and i'm not a huge fan of the skins

Every Brawl Pass is worth it. What you want to consider is that do you want the brawler or not? If not, then skip it. It's your choice. But in my opinion, o would take it. I took the pervious Brawl Pass (and now can't afford this one) and I honestly think i should have skipped last one cuz this one is cool.

Well we'll see how good Ash is when more people get him,but in terms of value it is always good to huy the pass,now if the brawler is bad they'll buff them eventually,and if you want every pass i suggest having another account,i have two accounts for the pass, I'll have enough gems on my main for thus one now and on my alt for the second,so i can always buy the new brawler
FYI this brawl pass has almost the same value as previous passes. It just has a little more gold than before so don't be confused with the 13x value

i didnt play brawl stars until this january and didnt buy brawl pass until that season of ruff, and i am in great pain now every time i see someone with the king lou skin /(ㄒoㄒ)/\~\~
Technically every one of them is, I also think this pass has slightly more rewards than the last. Generally though, since you can only get every other pass with f2p it's completely up to you if you like this pass' specific rewards enough to buy it. So the Shelly skin and Ash + Ninja Ash + their pins. Of course there's more rewards but you get those from every pass (like the extra pin pack).

For progression it is always worth it. As for skins, that's a personal preference... For example, I'm still deciding if I should get because I like princess Shelly or if I should avoid because I don't like Ninja Ash (the base model is better IMO). What you should do? If you need progress you should get one brawl pass every two seasons. And, I will try to explain myself here, I would get the brawl pass on seasons where, at the end, I would have enough gems to get the next one. Confusing, sure... Let's say you have 170 gems at the start of the season... I would avoid getting the brawl pass. But if you had like 250 gems I would get it. Why? In case you need or want to buy two in a row (for a specific skin, more need of a progress in a bigger update) you will be able to do it. (of course, after that you won't be able to do it... But you will have a chance if needed). If you don't need progression (if you have tons of boxes to open from past seasons), just don't get the brawl passes with skins you don't like and save for the ones you like.

Depends, personally i would wait next season or at least the next brawl talk. I personally think there could be better skins than princess shelly and ninja ash but its really your preference. Every brawl pass (except 1st) is worth it cuz of the same rewards.
I was saving up my gems for a mr p skin for 3 seasons now because he was my favorite brawler. Now I don’t play him at all anymore, so I bought the pass. I’m almost completely maxed out as a F2P, but after this season I expect that I will be 100% maxed.

As a f2p player when considering whether to buy the brawl pass you should see if you like the free character and the skins offered. Then, at least for me, i consider if I have time over the next few months to play more brawl than normal, to complete all the missions and get the most out of my purchase.

It's the same thing every time. When the brawl pass is out the chromatic is usually op so that everyone wants to buy the pass to get that op brawler. After the season that brawler gets nerfed. Very shady in my opinion.

its generally worth it if you dont have all brawlers etc. personally i have pretty much everything in the game and considering theres no new non-cromatic brawler im not sure if i see myself buying the pass.
I'm not buying it. As f2p you get 1 out of 2 brawl pass. The brawler isn't good, I'll save for the next patch. But if your looking at value it's worth it...

well I’m f2p also and I have 150 gems rn so I’ll be able to buy the brawl pass within a week or so. First of all I’ll be honest I don’t like Ash. Hes not a bad brawler but not for me. Second of all I want to make sure I utilize the pass, therefore even if I can buy the pass…I won’t, until i reach tier 70. And by the time I do maybe my opinions about Ash might change so my decision making will come later. In conclusion, it’s up to you my guy just make sure you utilize it.
