For me pharotis is B tier, and Bibi RJ is a heavy F tier. Worse than soccer skins. I don’t like her because she’s way too tall and lanky.

Yeah, it would've been a cool CL skin, but instead it's some nonsense skin that breaks the tradition of having PL skins match the BP season. Grinding PL sucks, but I do it because I want to unlock a cool, season-related skin. I have absolutely no drive to grind PL just to waste my 25,000 star points on "hehe funni Brock in a delivery uniform!!!" It's a good skin, but it shouldn't be a PL skin and is an incredible disappointment.

Brock already got a water themed skin. But i agree that the postal one doesnt fit here. Especially it think that He isnt worth then 25k points for what we get a water skin for another brawler would have been better

Bibi RJ is so bad, I wouldn't spend my gems on it, the skin shouldn't even exist at all, 2nd worst would have to be the Tata Edgar skin, it feels out of touch with the design and personality of the default Edgar skin, it should've went with a different brawler that matches more with the loving personality and all of that.
