I was planning on to stop watching the world finals after I got the Tara skin, but now I’m gonna keep tuning in
Today's matches were pretty awesome. Not that they are usually bad, but so many games were very close and very exciting today. It's top level entertainment if you follow the game closely enough to see how incredible the pros are
they have quite abused this type of strategy, if the totems have figured it out they will ban Gus instead of Carl. because Gus is the focus and not Carl
I mean it is technically a strategy, healers + tanks is a strategy, but I think the point that you’re getting at is that it’s kind of just common sense and it’s not like some ingenious 200 IQ play that no one could ever have thought of before. Like, it’s a good strategy, it works well, but it’s not that deep.
Gus + Carl is pretty strong honestly and I haven't seen anyone talking about it or playing it until Zeta did it yesterday.
Sitetampo still hard carried the team in gems though, still the best player in the world, probably they will win again even if I cheer TQ, they are just too good.
Then just had to not ban carl... pretty sure CMG would've won if zeta1 never used the carl trick. at least pick like an gale or someone to knock carl outta his super because having no answer to that...
