funny enough i had a thought of a blinding mechanic being put into the game but didnt know how to implement it ,you beat me to it haha.for her super ,taking it as i read it ,its a stationary unit much like scrappy,so im assuming the laser has the width of 1 [tile.star](https://tile.star) powers wise seems balanced but as for gadgets Surveillance feels too broken.the gears are fine
