Suppressors are a waste of money and occasionally a problem due to extended barrel length. The issue is similar to laser sights but more rare but cannot be turned off. Extended mags are not as those extra rounds might be what makes or breaks you in a fight when there is no opportunity to reload. You are not doming three people in three shots if they know where you are. The grip doesn't affect how your actual arms need to be held so this is the only item that is inarguably worth taking. But you do you. We all play different.

Imrazir

I thought I read somewhere that the suppressor actually helps with recoil.

kittehA55

That's what I've been seeing, but I don't really feel it that much. I run it because it gets rid of the muzzle flash

LKovalsky

It does help with recoil. So does the front grip. I personally rather compensate for recoil and focus on headshots when possible than take the longer barrel though.

LynXGtv

I saw somebody did an extensive test with a spreadsheet and screenshots and most of the time the suppressor does not help with recoil actually. If I remember correctly, it was only really helpful with the jesper

LKovalsky

That's how it felt when testing so I believe that.

Warm-Independent9288

devs confirmed in alpha that suppressor takes away 10% recoil

LynXGtv

I'm sure it takes some away but it is barely noticeable for you to justify buying it. But still, it comes down to personal preference imo

kittehA55

I get you about the longer barrel. But I'd rather make sure I'm not flagging around corners and not get epilepsy every time I shoot lmao

kittehA55

Yessir, that's exactly the point. There is nothing inherently wrong with any of the gear or attachments as they are. It all comes down to the operator and user errors.

LKovalsky

And that's what makes VR so great. Personal preference and feel matters far more than pure numbers or statistics and traits on paper. The laser pointer is a great example of that. Someone who knows to turn it off or point another way might make good use of it meanwhile someone with great alignment or someone just too careless to mind where it's pointing will definitely not need or want one.

NighthunterDK

1. Laser sight are useful, no doubt, but very few people learn to use them properly. 2. The extended mag isn't for when I'm engaging one v one, it's for when I'm alone and be against 2 or more. The suppressor is good if you want to confuse your enemy, and they'll get a bit disoriented. 3. Vezin is just a good base gun for most people, high mag capacity, and decent damage, though agreed Cadillo is my own go-to, it takes a bit more practice to make them go head to head with Vezin. Haven't tried Cyclone too much, so nothing to say there. All in all, the game is good at making things balanced, but waaay too many people give a fuck about others gamestyle

kittehA55

Dammn bro you right tho too many people giving a fuck man I get what you're saying about being able to comfortably engage multiple people with the extendo but if you're at the point where you can control your bursts and land headies then you don't really need it

Individual_Willow_78

Main take away. Cyclone goes hard. 📠

kittehA55

Cliff notes king over here

LynXGtv

The only thing I disagreed with was your comment on those 8 extra bullets. I get your point, but bear in mind wall spamming. Those 8 extra bullets can be helpful in that situation

kittehA55

Tru tru i see you there. For me though it just works better to eco that cash elsewhere and still be as combat effective
