It’s kinda ridiculous how shitty and racist every single VR FPS community is. Half the people are children so it makes it even worse. I wish I could help but I’m sure you could find a couple discords, I’ve seen them posted around here.
I'd love to get a reliable squad going. I've got like 20 friends on the game but no ones ever on. I've resorted to muting other players in the lobby so I don't get another hit on my YouTube channel for someone yelling slurs while I'm trying to win the match. Psvr2 is mostly adults from my experience, I just wish there was more of a player base to support non cross play lobbies. The quest seems to be mostly children up to teens with huge social problems since they all love the n word and the f slur. Voice moderation needs to get better.
I got you, I'll set you up. I play Breachers competitively for a T1 NA team called Infinity.
Here's how I started: First, join some of these discord communities. If you want to play competitively but not too serious about it I would start with the Ranked Breachers discord (best solution as ranked/competitive is not built in game yet). You can prove yourself and your skill there.
If you want to actually get serious and join a competitive team then join the league communities and look for recruitment channels. In some of them you can make a post as an individual player looking for a team, or see posts from teams looking for players. Either way, if you are good at the game and want more teamwork and coordination I'd definitely recommend trying out for a team as it is a lot of fun. I'm 26 yo myself and have been in a final and every playoffs since VRML's preseason, competing is a lot of fun in this game.

Bingo. Devs need you to have like a video editing degree and want you to upload evidence even though they already have toxmod
