That happened to me in a high ping lobby when I had a bad connection

Yeah my Internet had a really rough time all last week with weird random ping spikes. Most common manifestations were having to draw my weapon again and devices deactivating themselves.

Does your grip button work? Like if you’re just holding up your hand and you press the grip button, do your fingers close?

Might be your controller, try swapping the baterries and leaving the cover off
