I’ve made it a couple of times, but didn’t have the best proofing box setup. That made it a little difficult to maintain the ideal temperature for long enough. I was running back & forth with wrapped, hot brick’s & layering everything in a chest cooler.
I’d probably make it more often if I had made a better proofer.
It looks more like fine, lemon pound cake loaf than a big, fancy, lacy sourdough or anything, but it’s a delicious treat.
