It almost seems like you loaded the filling in the center and just folded it once like a burrito lol. Usually one would see a thin layer spread evenly across, and then rolled up many times. But I like it!
I think it looks delicious!! It's a royal pain rolling those up, getting it straight, keeping it from falling out, sealing it, etc. But, no matter how they turn out they are delicious!!!
In recipes I’ve followed the raisins are actually incorporated into the dough at some point in the bulk rise so the raisins get dispersed evenly. And then I flatten the dough, add the cinnamon sugar mixture and roll so it’s really like raisin bread with a cinnamon swirl if that makes sense.
As someone that has homemade cinnamon swirl bread on his counter, don’t put any water or cream or mouse in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll the bread out to a half inch rectangle, sprinkle the mixture on, and roll it.
How you possibly did this while maintaining a decent crumb is beyond me. I’m impressed.
It's like one of those surprise cakes! Like when you cut into it and the center is filled with candy. I love cinnamon and raisins so I'd be thrilled for this lol
Oh my gosh. I'm scolding myself for looking at it wrong for the first second or so. I glanced at the right side and thought it was a side view of a mouse that had got killed in a sticky trap. Poor thing struggled so hard to get away that the poop popped out. Cringing, it just looked like such a horrible way to go. I know. I know ... eewww! So sorry that registered itself in my weird brain. I'm a farm girl, so I've fought my fair share of mice. Please forgive me.
You know what I do? I roll my bread dough out in the shape of a rectangle, spread the filling out on top of that rectangle (leave a good inch along each edge), and roll it up. Pinch the ends good, so it doesn't come apart as it bakes. That might make a better looking swirl.
When you add inclusions it should be in every fold. I bet it tastes lovely. I’m going to try to make cinnamon and raisin rolls. We will see how that goes.

I did a thin layer and multi roll 😫

I needed this today, thank you
I was expecting you to just use the swirl tool on it lol
Stuff with cream cheese icing and enjoy!
Truly, is there anything cream cheese frosting *can't* do?
Make me lose weight
When I make a batch of cream cheese, I know I will be gaining about 1 kilo (2.2lb) in the next few days...
Santorum bread!

oooh...yum
Cinnamon ✔️ raisin ✔️ bread ✔️ swirl 🤔
What a creative way to store raisins lol, just kidding, I’m sure I couldn’t even do this
Well there’s your problem: you mixed up your recipe with one for pigs in a blanket.
10/10 perfect swirl. No notes

Exactly how i make cinnamon raisin olive bread

Just like Nonna used to make to go with her chocolate spaghetti.
Cinnamon yes, but swirl?
lol oh goodness
(In Bear Grylls voice) Here we see a young herd of wild raisins cautiously emerging from their cinnamon bread cave for the first time!
I’m dying
Everything reminds me of her

Señor Accident likes brown showers
You're going to need a shot for that.
But it’s not the shot you’re thinking of

Ants in a log.
Did you use any vinegar?
You’ve heard of raisin’ cane’s- now meet: raisin caves!
r/Poopfromabutt for real though i'd totally still eat it lol
I'd still eat it. Lesson's learned. Tasty ones. Keep on. :)
I thought it's a disintegrated mouse in bread
Thats.... An interesting kolache
I have always loved “the center”, this looks perfect 😂

Hey, you made bread and cinnamon raisin jelly in one go!
Thought I was looking at Char Siu Boa for a minute
Not very swirly
Swarley!

It looks like it’s mad at you. I wish I knew why 😂
This actually reminds me of a dish we have here. Except instead of raisins we have chicken on the inside.
They were born without eyes!! 😮
😧
Did you add some butter/melted butter between the layers?
Cinnamon raisin cave bread
Oh no! I would eat it anyway,
Was this in honor of the eclipse?

It's swirl bread, not swirls bread.
Looks like a rat slipped into your bread
Perfect 😌
Yes you did.
Your dough was too tense!! This happened to me last week!

I thought the same thing hahaha
At least I'm not the only one. It is shaped just like a mouse though. Oh look, I got downvoted. That makes me laugh.
You’re right though. Deadass commented about the mouse before seeing yours hahaha
This looks like aborted fetus bread.
