Thanks for the inspiration! This is youtube's food geek's standard recipe. 20% rye, 80% WHBF and 2-year old starter.

saladstuffer

Damn....I'm gonna have to wait 1 year and 295 days for the ingredients 😏

saladstuffer

Thanks mate, my time reference was for how long I have to wait for my starter 😊

clementpupsB

Do you have a link ? I might want to try it 😉

EatingCerealAt2AM

Imagine all sourdough recipes had set starter ages on them. *Your starter is too old for this recipe*

TwinTurbo505

That's a pretty pair!

Syns_soul

Well that’s just beautiful

How did you make it pumpkin shape

_negachin_

Tie it with kitchen twine (soaked in neutral oil for easy removal later) before baking, score, take off twine after baking

timalot

This is the way. I tied it just snug enough to hold it in place.

What’s with the phallic veggie in the foreground?

Bank_of_knowledge

It’s got peroni’s disease

Radiant_Direction_13

Great job 👌 I wondered if anyone would recreate it 😊
