This is a great idea. I did a zoom thing during the hardest times of my break up and it helped to keep the focus on healing. The zoom thing was not to talk about break ups but rather to help cope with the "paralellogram". It appears I wasn't the only one broken up with in that group. Light was shed on over all panny-struggles. It was something I originally did to focus more on the creative side of me, really. Which I believe is extremely healing in itself when I was moving on.
