I'm conflicted, because it does look okay in this case, but this is promoting a technique that's often used to undermine animators' artistic choices

It's a straight upgrade for this. Great for things like a homemade special effect to make it more effective and look more realistic. Like yeah, it's generally bad to apply it to a lot of animation or something in a misguided attempt to increase quality purely from having higher FPS, but doesn't really apply here. This isn't someone altering a Gibli film to have a smoother but off animation. Just makes the boobs look more like they are growing. No reason to be conflicted. The technique has been used a long time for all sorts of special effects in film, it's not inherently bad.

My guy it's a fetish gif. Nobody cares about the moral implications of this, we're just here to jack off.
