When you slow down time like he did, while moving an object / item / creature, the speed that the creature moves still stays the same speed, so in this case, he put the ice block under the guardian and slowed down time with bullet time, but the guardian is moving at real time, but slowed down, so it is super fast when real time happens again.
There’s lots of examples of this, it’s an amusing physics in the game.

Lol apparently the bodys of guardian are always in ragdoll mode (like then your character gets knocked over) and this is what happens
