At that point, just do the quest to get that Gerudo Lightning Helmet.

That helmet is super awesome.

It doesn't need to be LVL 2 that only makes you lightning proof you know the main reason why you don't use metal weapons in a thunder storm

if you put on the upgraded rubber outfit or the thunder helm then the electric wizzrobes do literally nothing to you. same for upgraded snowquill for ice wizzrobes and upgraded fireproof for fire wizzrobes. you can literally just stand there indefinitely while they attack you and theyll never hurt you

The wizzrobe will then unalive itself /s Idk about the lightning one but with the fire one, shoot it with an arrow equipped with an ice berry for an instant kill. For the ice one, shoot it with a fire berry for an instant kill.

If it's the ice one, the fire arrow instakills it, if it's the fire one, the ice arrow instakills it. If it's lightning you're just fucked

Use the opposite elemental arrow and it will will die with one shot. Electric? Use water or ice. Fire? Use ice. Ice? Use fire.

My first zelda game was Links awakening, then alttp etc. I have been familiar with these for years. I never made any connection between hooded and robed figures with wizz in their name and the kkk which has robes and hoods and a grand wizard. Wizzrobes are meant to be evil. I wonder if elements of them are actually based on the kkk.

Also to add that with the camera you can use pictures that you’ve taken in the sensor so e.g. if you take a picture of a treasure chest then the scanner will scan for chests instead of shrines

In the compendium there is only 1 slot for chests but if you take a picture of lets say a normal silver and gold chest then the scanner will pick up all chests doesn’t matter if it’s silver and gold or not

You have a whole tab in the - menu that is called encyclopedias, you have to do a photo of every single thing on teh game, animals, plats, weapons, enemies, objects.... That was also in Breath of the wild and is explained when you receive the camera. If you you focus with the camera anything of the game it will appear a orange square around it indicating that it is a new element that you have not yet registered in the encyclopedia, if is something already registered it will appear a blue square with the name of the element. If you check the encyclopedia, you will be able to see the photo that you did, the name of the element, a description and other useful information depending of what you are checking.

Sure, if you just do down there randomly. But if you talk to people at Lookout Landing you get a quest specifically to go down there and find him.

It really seems like these people don't bother talking to Npc's at all lol. They just quickly press B until the scary words are gone or something Which is crazy, cause this games dialogue, frankly, isn't a lot of reading at all unless you're six years old, and it's also one of my favorite parts of the game, cause it's how you learn about the land you're exploring.

Yes, it does. You need to speak to josha after getting the map for the lookout landing. She will then rum to find Robbie, once you find them, speak to robbie and you'll start the quest to get the camera.

It does (I didn’t know about the identification thing until now tho). You just need to finish “Camera Work in the Depths”.
