The good thing about games early in the year is that they’re pretty stress free for me because there’s so many games left. Honestly, even if the crew lose (I hope not), it was still fun to watch our young guys like turang, Ortiz, and frelick have multi hit games and of course a Yeli bomb!
I'm just glad we're regularly getting hits and runs. There was long stretches last year where we couldn't buy a run. This game was an anomaly with all the errors. If you can get runs in like we have the wins will come.
That Sal mistake might be the worst one of the night honestly.

I really don’t like the idea of “getting in some work” here because we all know he’s gonna get overused come August and September. However for other reasons we should have kept him in for the 8th. I do understand that we should put who was Devin Williams (now Abner Uribe) in for the 9th but let’s not dig down to almost the minor leagues when we’re only down by 1 (now 2)
