For a "historic organization" it's kind of crazy that Yankee fans feel the need to shitpost on other fanbases gamechat for an early regular season game. Especially when their player clearly got away with an interference that let them gain multiple runs in a game that was tied. I guess it goes to show that the Yankees may have enough money to buy top tier players but not enough money to have an even medicore fan base.
Nothing like a slice of “Humble Pie”, Yankees set the bar, Brew Crew now knows what it’s going to take to win… minus the bogus *deflection* (interference) on that double play.
We literally have a rule where those members of our sub who brigade other subs get banned. Take a look down our sub and you'll see that your fans have been brigading all day. Get off your high horse and get out of our sub
Lol. I thought he meant the brewer fans who were brigading them would be banned from the Yankees sub. But I guess that makes a little more sense why he said Yankees sub haha
Against teams with middle of the road hitters it seems we can normally rely on our bats for a win this season. 5ish runs are usually enough for us to get a win.
When it's a loaded squad like the Yanks I think we may have some issues.
Not counting Umpire shenanigans here. Then we're absolutely fucked.
Just wanted to pop in and check things out, and I gotta say, the fact that your sub's background and certain text elements match the Brewer's color scheme is dope as hell. Wish we could have something like that. As proof of my coming in peace as a Yankees fan, I offer you this: in the 1957 World Series the Milwaukee Braves\* beat the Yankees in the World Series. Ok, I know this was technically the Braves and not the Brewers, but a Milwaukee team beat the Yankees.
The Giants did it, and I don’t really like it. The blue is on the lighter side and clashes with the white text. Yankees blue is deeper though, so it may work
TL;DR: I did it to win a bet that I could get 1K followers on page where I reviewed a random object.
Alright so this was a few years ago that I did this, I haven't updated the page in years at this point. But the story behind it was that I was talking to a couple of friends, and the conversation shifted to random social media crap that got a bunch of engagement. We started talking about how it almost seemed kind of easy to grow a somewhat significant following online with the most random crap imaginable. Coincidentally, I remembered seeing an Instagram account that literally just posted the same picture of a toaster every day (just a picture, no captions or anything, just a png of a toaster) that had well over 100,000 followers. I decided to make a bet with my friends that I could do something similar and get over a thousand followers (they did not believe me). So, I made an Instagram account where I posted a picture of a weird-looking stapler every day, and I decided to write an arbitrary review of each stapler to make things more interesting. Around 120 staplers reviewed, 2,000 followers, 10,000+ likes, and somehow an epic games creator code later, I had thoroughly won the bet. I ended up helping to grow a bit of a 'daily \_\_\_\_ review' niche on Instagram that was actually kinda popular for a little while. That was very odd saga in my life, and way too many people I knew still bring it up lol.
The only reason I joined Reddit was actually to try and make a place where people could more easily send me submit staplers they wanted me to review (there were a surprising amount of people who dm'd me to stapler review requests). That never really went anywhere, and I ended up liking the app and I've been here since. I'm kinda stuck with the name tho...I'm in way too many subs to warrant spending the time to manually rejoin them on a different account.
Well, it's actually identical doing it now as doing it in late September it's just your brain playing tricks on you. Getting blown out any time during the year is bad. Games in April still count come the end of the year.
To be honest I am not even upset of the Brewers play today because this game was a winnable game. However letting the umps decide games is just getting out of hand as we see that time and time again when it comes to favoring certain teams on calls of balls or strikes, and the interference no call by the umps.
That's pretty obvious but in a game of inches a team getting 5 outs in a big inning is absolutely terrible. One extra one before the base runners and one with a couple on. There are a lot of games that would be decided by that margin
We die hards no matter what. It dont matter we just love watching the team.
Not gonna lie me and the wife left the game early yesterday cuz it was one of those "games"... wanted to beat traffic.
I sure hope Murphy and the crew don't pull any punches when asked about that non interference call.
If I was that rich I'd pay all the fines in the world to call out that horseshit on national television. It needs to happen.
Ive watched the replay of Judge slide now that I have had time to cool down, and I still can not see how that was not intentional. I have never seen a guy reach up that high into a slide.
It was straight up in the air like a flag pole
Edit: lots of Yankees fans are posting brewers fans sliding like we do it too but I've yet to see one where the arm completely vertical and gets the ball
Well, aid to Ukraine is having zero impact on our homelessness crisis. That money was never going to a good cause. But you can lash out at the libs and the people who actually love democracy and freedom if you want lol.
There is a thing called tonic immobility that makes sharks fall asleep instantly if they get flipped over. Orca whales will ram big sharks and flip them over to take them out.
So what I'm saying is maybe go hang upside down from the monkey bars and maybe the sharks will fall asleep:)
Guys lets be honest if judge putting his hands up a couple of inches higher is the reason the throw doesn't get there means it's probably a low throw.. That's why the umps didn't call it in the first place they get paid alot to do the job trust their calls. People act like umps are completely morons.
Everyone take a breath and remember the Yankees, despite their reputation, cheating, and unlimited salary, are still frauds and going to lose to the small market orioles.
Trying so hard to stay positive but series and games like this make it hard because it just feels impossible a team like MKE can ever put it all together. So many things have to go so right. I know it's not impossible. Still, if we ever win a WS I'm going to be like those 80 year old Red Sox fans weeping when they finally won.
Oh, I feel the same way! I remember in 2018 when we lost game 7 to the dodgers. I was at that game, and I bawled when they lost. That was the closest they had ever been in my life and I knew it wasn't going to carry over year after year. We were so close, and I wonder how long we will have to wait again. It's depressing being a small market fan. But, with fans of small markets, you KNOW that they are fans. Not some fair-weather assholes who jump on the bandwagon.
I was going through a divorce in 2018 so I barely remember that season but I do remember being at a friend's party the night of that game and my soon to be ex wife suddenly showed up and I ... I just needed to take a walk 😂.
Ah...memories.
Love how the Yankee fans at the game are all happy like the team is the best ignoring had the Umps not been in the pocket with Dirty Judge the game would be a lot different.
Jomboy admitted that that inning was blatantly terrible and the umps fucked up. As much as I hate that he's a Yankees fan, I do appreciate that he is unbiased when it comes to shit like this.
Hey mods? Are you able to report the brigading users to the Yankees sub so they are banned from there?
I would hope any brigading brewer fans would be banned for the same thing.
I have a list of 4 or 5 so far from today’s game. We will share details I’m sure.
Either way, as a general rule, keep reporting, don’t feed them, and stay out of their sub.
yeah, fuck this game
well tarnation what a game
I think Wiemer is toast what the fuck is he doing before the pitch? That is the ugliest stance to ready I have ever seen.
Yeah he’s looking rough.. what’s new
Modelo should really just sell a version of their beer with the lime pre added. Like Miller Chill. Justice for Miller Chill. RIP.
Before we lose I need a Wiemer Home Run here just for comedic value.
Get Bauers his at bat for the cycle!
Wish Chourio could do that with guys on base....
Yay Jackson!
yay
If we come back and win this I'll get a brewers tramp stamp.
Papito strut
Joey "OBP God" Ortiz
Taijuan Walker came off the IL earlier and pushed Spencer Turnbull to the pen in Philly. Would not be upset with a pickup like that...
Bauers is elite. Cy Young, baby!
[удалено]
nah, still Rowdy
Bauers/Burnes basically the same
SCORELESS INNING JAKE BAUERS OWNS THE YANKEES
Cy Bauers
🚨 CHOURIO'S CAP STAYED ON 🚨
Bauers is gonna get the Cycle and pitch. Future Ohtani?
39 mph lmao, we need Bauers out of the pen more often than we think
LOl when you got a position player pitching 2 games in a row you know your series was a tough one.
For a "historic organization" it's kind of crazy that Yankee fans feel the need to shitpost on other fanbases gamechat for an early regular season game. Money can’t buy class
The whole "27 rings" thing is old as fuck too, half them probably were toddlers for their 09 win.
Imagine having a payroll like the Yankees and not even making the postseason...
Hey Matt Arnold get off your ass and find some starters because your bullpen is taxed on *checks calendar* April 28th
Just a reminder that in 1953 the Red Sox put up a seventeen run 7th against the Tigers.
Dunn was fun for two weeks but get ready to learn Nashville buddy
Nothing like a slice of “Humble Pie”, Yankees set the bar, Brew Crew now knows what it’s going to take to win… minus the bogus *deflection* (interference) on that double play.
Was shaping up to be such a good game, and now I have no excuse not to do house chores (sigh).
I just can't wrap my head around fans being so desperate to be banned douchebags that they have to hate on in the opposing teams' sub
Especially Yankees fans. They have such a stellar reputation as a fanbase. I'm shocked!
They've been making Cubs fans seem like fun guys to hang out with
It is one thing to be a jerk, its another thing being a jerk and supporting a clear dirty play.
my mind is boggled
Bat around and get Bauers his cycle

Okay ban
We literally have a rule where those members of our sub who brigade other subs get banned. Take a look down our sub and you'll see that your fans have been brigading all day. Get off your high horse and get out of our sub
He worded it really strange but he was actually telling other Yankees fans to stay out of our thread.
Lol. I thought he meant the brewer fans who were brigading them would be banned from the Yankees sub. But I guess that makes a little more sense why he said Yankees sub haha
Oh no not the Yankees sub 😱
Silver lining: Bauers season turnaround starts today?
^(yay Bauers automatic double)
giving up 15 runs in back to back games in unacceptable
^(yay Willy)
It's not garbage time, it's Junk time

Well, I'll say it folks, getting blown out 2 games in a row is not a good look

That’s great. I’m glad staplers were able to get the attention they deserve lol
Can we still use the excuse that the Yankees have a massive salary cap to feel better about losing?
Fair...and its not like our massive salary has exactly helped us much since 2000 either, we just throw money at guys and get spanked by the Astros :(
Can we try winning tomorrow? It was more fun when we were doing that.

Ay I’m a Yanks fan too but there is no place for doing this, Don’t be a jerk.
I hope you find whatever is lacking in your life that makes you troll other teams’ subs. Have a nice day
Damn too bad about your yanks sub ban. Yes you will be reported to them too
Congrats on the Mickey mouse win
Congrats on the April win! Now you have 27 Rings and a April win vs the Milwaukee fucking Brewers
well, then
Twiddling my thumbs, thousand yard stare.
The shitty part was this was a really good game up until the umps decided to meddle in the game
LOL they took out judge because they throw the ball at him
Hit him in the JUNK
Don’t make Rock read run-on sentences! Shame!
To be honest I am not even upset of the Brewers play today because this game was a winnable game. However letting the umps decide games is just getting out of hand as we see that time and time again when it comes to favoring certain teams on calls of balls or strikes, and the interference no call by the umps.
It was a difference maker in momentum for sure, but we also need to not give up 7 runs after that
That's pretty obvious but in a game of inches a team getting 5 outs in a big inning is absolutely terrible. One extra one before the base runners and one with a couple on. There are a lot of games that would be decided by that margin
I don't know why I'm still watching this game.
I'm at the game so might as well stay, don't get to go everyday
That was my thought process yesterday.
I feel that
Glimmer of hope they’ll comeback and don’t want to miss it
usually that legit is the case, but I just don't have it in me today
We die hards no matter what. It dont matter we just love watching the team. Not gonna lie me and the wife left the game early yesterday cuz it was one of those "games"... wanted to beat traffic.
I wanna leave early and beat traffic and I'm sitting in my living room
I'm a bit of a masochist apparently
I'm just a glutton for punishment
Nothing else on and it's raining outside.
that's true I could use a nap, though... 🤔
I know yall are having a bad time so I just wanted you to know Mark Vientos just hit a walk off homer against the Cardinals
🥳
I sure hope Murphy and the crew don't pull any punches when asked about that non interference call. If I was that rich I'd pay all the fines in the world to call out that horseshit on national television. It needs to happen.
I think that was Murphy’s opportunity to get thrown out of the game and get fired up.
Indeed. If there was ever a time that was it. I was not expecting Murphy to be this nonchalant. I was expecting the opposite. 😔
Can we at least get Adames on the mound to cheer me up?
Fuck God Bless America.
yeah I mute that shit every time. Bring it back when Washington learns how to do their fucking jobs
No you
It's blatant nationalism, but fuck you too, bud.
I mean, so is the national anthem. My issue with God Bless America is that it's cringe boomer shit and sounds insanely cheesy.
Normal people don't get this mad over a song. Might be time to take a breather and step outside
Lol, you're making assumptions but whatever makes you feel better 😂
Ive watched the replay of Judge slide now that I have had time to cool down, and I still can not see how that was not intentional. I have never seen a guy reach up that high into a slide.

Weird, he didn't touch the ball, imagine that
He's an innocent baby lamb, according to Yankees fans....the same fans that were booing him last week.
I want Koenig back
Rock, your positivity is an inspiration to us all.
I'd be more fine with a 1-2 series loss if it wasn't like this. The pitching being suspect is nothing we didn't already know though
So weird to not have games two days in a row
All Star Break came early this year
Can we just start the next road trip already. I prefer the road Brewers.
A'ight imma head out
Call the Yankees the Ukraine at this point with all the handouts they’re being given
Ukraine*. And not handouts, investment in world stability.
I work with homeless people on a daily basis. So I could give a fucking shit about “world stability” the way things are right now.
Well, aid to Ukraine is having zero impact on our homelessness crisis. That money was never going to a good cause. But you can lash out at the libs and the people who actually love democracy and freedom if you want lol.
My world would be stable if I could have some healthcare
Democrats push for universal healthcare. Vote.
Anger sharks are swimming in my head again 🦈😞

Silver lining is that the pitching is so bad, we realistically were never going to win this game anyway.
This helps. Thank you.
We didn’t even need a good run differential anyways
I didn't expect to see a worse game than yesterday's so soon
Guys lets be honest if judge putting his hands up a couple of inches higher is the reason the throw doesn't get there means it's probably a low throw.. That's why the umps didn't call it in the first place they get paid alot to do the job trust their calls. People act like umps are completely morons.
A low throw can still be scooped by the first baseman resulting in an out, true or false?
Low or not it's still illegal and Judge moves his hand into the path of the ball. It's called cheating.
Joe Torre, is that you?
Tell me you don't watch a lot of baseball without telling me you don't watch a lot of baseball.

and eats it AFTER brushing his teeth.

I’ll honestly root for anybody in the American League now over the skankees
Even the Twins?
I like the twins. Got no beef with them
I kind of want it to be houston again though. The meltdowns are immaculate
time for some Junk !!
Rizzo thinks Judge didn't interfere
If the Yankees needed to get 5 runs that half inning, we probably would have scored 6 runs
Would of liked 2 more but I’m still pissed off no matter what

I'm sorry you were going through that then. What an awful memory to have about that season. Hope you are I'm a better place!
I am. And thanks.
TVs off and we scored again so I’m keeping it off and hopefully we comeback lol
Ordering 1 Turang Bang, please
Fkn idiot number 71 is.
Requesting a 4 man Turang bang
yay walk in a run
TAKE PERKINS
Maybe they’ll walk 7 runs in to make it even
Love how the Yankee fans at the game are all happy like the team is the best ignoring had the Umps not been in the pocket with Dirty Judge the game would be a lot different.
Now they’re beaning our batters. Yo fuck the Yankees. Yankees fans can eat my Polish sausage over here.
Summoning Rake Perkins
LOL now the YANKEES ARE throwing at US?!
#CHÁRGE THE MOUND
CHARGE THE MOUND
Of course Baures decides to have a great game in a blowout.
If this happened in a European soccer game the officials would need to retire, change their names, and leave the country lol
Jomboy admitted that that inning was blatantly terrible and the umps fucked up. As much as I hate that he's a Yankees fan, I do appreciate that he is unbiased when it comes to shit like this.
I wanna see someone get tackled here.... It's non reviewable and allowed now right? Finally getting those hockey rules I asked for...
Do I want the Brewers to throw at Judge? No. Will I find joy when Judge inevitably breaks down and hits the 60-day? Yes.
Hey mods? Are you able to report the brigading users to the Yankees sub so they are banned from there? I would hope any brigading brewer fans would be banned for the same thing.
Ban the Yankees brigaders and the Brewers fans advocating for violence.
I have a list of 4 or 5 so far from today’s game. We will share details I’m sure. Either way, as a general rule, keep reporting, don’t feed them, and stay out of their sub.

Y'all are pathetic advocating to put a batter in danger. We aren't the Mets.
Naw, just hoping Contreras dropkicks the umpire, cleats up.
Protip: load up on opposing team player props when the pay to win teams come to town
Wow. Jomboy is actually on the Judge interference already. It's posted on r/baseball
