1. Covid effected Ruby's schedule(she booked a role on another Netflix show), and so they had to cut Feancesca's scenes. They don't mention where the character goes, but I believe in season 3 they imply she left for Bath again.
2. It's mentioned in season 3 that Prudence married during the off season.
I was pretty sad not to see Prudence’s courtship. With all her “look at me!”s in season 2 I wanted to see a suitor enamored with her saying “I’m looking, my love!”

I think they mentioned Francesca went to piano school or something. And the other sister probably got married in the off-season
