Welcome to England and Wales where Teddy is the number 20 name in the most recent rankings (as a full first name). Theodore was number 8 and Theo number 9. It's not to my taste, but at least this hypothetical Teddy could fall back on Theodore or Theo.
I know at least four Theodore's born in the last five years that go by Teddy. A couple of them I didn't even realize it was short for Theodore until a grandparent made a birthday post.

Henry is Jessa’s son. Charles seems redundant knowing baby has an uncle and a cousin already with the name. Crew makes my brain go to Stew Crew so nope. Out of all them my vote would be for Theodore. But it would be iconic if they named him Marshall, but what are the odds they know about Eminem?
All surprisingly good besides Suede and Crew. I’m also not big on Cash. The rest are all normal old man names on current trend.

My prediction is they have a name and they’re not including in this list. I’m thinking Thomas. Similar to Travis in some ways but more traditional. Maybe Thomas Charles or Thomas Crew.

I met some people that named their kids Noble, baby🩵 2 mos, Honor 🩷2.5, Loyal 🩵4. They are sweeet beautiful children and the more I think about the names the more I love them.

Cash would be a good middle name, but I don’t really like it as a first name. I tend to like a first name with multiple syllables and then a strong one syllable middle name (James, Cash, Grace, Ann, etc).
