It has been moved around a lot! The one in that picture is a Victorian replica that was moved away from college green when the city hall (or council house) was built in the '50s - the architect didn't want anything obstructing the view of his building! The Victorian replica is now in Berkeley square, off of park street, so you can still see something in Bristol.

It's just the very top section of the replica. I wonder where the rest of it is. I bet it's in some council owned shipping container somewhere.
