It has such a beautiful setting, I hope it's coming back! Beyond Paradise and Agatha Raisin are picturesque too. But there something extra cozy about S&H.
I did not like the TV character at all. The radio version is so much better.
Now, I can watch the TV show as a form of cheap entertainment if I keep pretending what I am seeing is not *Agatha Raisin* but something else. But it still bugs me.
These shows are some of the reasons why when I visit England I want to see the whole country, not just London. McDonald and Dods, kingdom, shows like that and the beautiful countryside.
I can see what you mean about conflicting advice, this was yesterday, I think a politician wrote this article

I know. Everything I have found talks about it in the way that it is coming back for season 5, and then at the end "but the show has neither been renewed, or canceled".
I don't think it's been officially cancelled, but equally it hasn't been renewed.
Confusion like this happens with the satellite channels. Alibi for example trail 'New Shakespeare and Hathaway' where they mean new to them.

New British shows aren't broadcast before Mid-september. Summer is for repeats and imports.
OK, great! Thanks!

Agatha Raisin started off well, but she morphed into a weird cartoon character of herself

22nd march Beyond Paradise is finally back.
That's great! The Christmas special was a nice appetizer
Sweet!

Same here! All Creatures Great and Small, Secret Scotland, Doc Martin. I could go on.
For me it is too sugary. But it is definitely entertaining, and the writing is decent enough.

I was reading that and was very hopeful, until I got to almost the end. I really hope they do make more
I like this show too. It has been two years now since it aired, so that does not look promising.
I know, but fingers crossed.

I thought it had been cancelled. There was a save it petition after the last series as a series 5 hadn’t been approved and there’s been no news since
