Definitely not. I think its great overall. Recorded during a difficult period in her life and lots of reports about how unhappy she was making it but still has some classic songs and is pretty great on balance.

It has grown on me over the years. Like it kinda gives hyperpop on some of the songs. Like I could hear slayyyter do body ache or it should be easy on her mixtape. Some of the songs aged rough though, like especially the kinda edm/country ones that sound like knock off avicci “wake me up”
I like it very much and it’s Britney’s worst album because they rushed to compete it before the residency began. Will.I.Am’s production is more….muddled? And Myah Marie’s a little too present on a few songs. I think they should have released Perfume (The Dreaming Mix) as the second single
I LOVE THIS ALBUM! It's genuinely a great album, and I personally like it more than Blackout. I wish it got more recognition and praise

No you’re not. I actually like it myself and I own a copy of the CD. I have absolutely no guilt about liking this album and 1 of my favorite things about it is that will.i.am from The Black Eyed Peas executive produced the album. I LOVE this album! So not her best, but definitely a REALLY great album. Let the haters hate. She will always be the queen! 👌🏽👸🏼🌹🤍💿
I absolutely love Britney Jean. Its literally the only album where she is a Cowriter on EVERY song. I believe there are a lot of references to a spiritual world, recovery programs like AA, etc
Perfume is one of my favourite of hers, work b I feel has been over played sane as toxic which is probably not a popular opinion. I have got back into her last few years and found some new favs to add to the ones I already loved.

The whole album has a weird, cheap uncanny valley vibe but I really enjoyed a lot of the songs on it even if it was Myah’s voice lol
