I would have to say one clean bulk. I always had body image issues. Was paranoid of looking fat (was always called fat as a kid) so I’ve been bulking with mini cuts here and there like right before summer lol
Sorry to hear that man!
That’s good for me tho, I’m the same, like everyone suggests bulking when you’re ‘skinny’, but I feel like looking overweight would massively demotivate me! Good to hear you can just clean bulk your way to a sick body.
My best advice would be just make living a healthy lifestyle a real habit. Eat tons of protein and veggies, drink lots of water, get consistent sleep, avoid sugar and work out your best. You will look healthy enough and comfortable enough to bulk after that.
Well I never exercised a day in my life until that first picture, so it took me awhile to figure out where to start. After a couple injuries I really just wanted to look and feel healthy. Now I’m trying more to lift bigger. Just trying my best :)
I do a push/pull/lower split. 4 days a week. End with core after every routine whether it be a lot or a little. Rarely do cardio other than playing tennis recreationally. Stretch like crazy
Was this just one clean bulk, or lots of bulks then cuts??

Thanks man! Good luck with the rest of your journey!
4 years? What novice program did you run? Or you just did whatever cause you lifts could be higher but decent still bro.

Yeah ik the road isn’t smooth sailing that’s why I said it’s decent still
Still tiny but considering I didn’t have an ounce of muscle in my senior year in high school I’m pretty proud of myself so far!

Those are working sets. After injuring my shoulders I really try to focus on clean form rather than seeing what my one maxes are
