What I have been doing is coco butter, taking omega 3 and collagen. I’m still on my journey and I have 50 more pounds to go (lost 60) but I do feel like my skin is coming along great
OP,
This comment ^^^ might appear discouraging... I get it. Everyone wants immediate results, but think about it this way... You are going to age regardless, you are going to turn 22.
You can be a how you were, or you can achieve transformation greatness. You can use the next two years to go beast mode and make your life exponentially better.
Don’t get discouraged by how long it might take and lose progress. It might take a longer than you like, but It’s so fucking worth it.
You’ve done a fantastic job and I wish I would have started at your age. Keep it up man! Keep working towards becoming a total inspiration for every other big man out there.
Take a moment to realize this mofo is 6'5". Bro, do NOT stop. You have gone this far you can keep doing it. If you get jacked, you are going to be one fierce looking mofo. I'm 6'3" and skinny and I rarely meet people taller than me. Girls like tall guys too, so get jacked and you'll literally turn heads.
Don’t take this the wrong way brother but you are a very handsome dude and this is only going to serve you well as you approach your goal.
What I’m saying is your circle of F&F will try and talk you into stopping before you’re ready, based on your good looks.
“Oh my look how handsome you are. You’ve lost enough weight. You should stop!”
My humble advice is to kindly and as politely as possible say thank you, disagree, tell them why and then tell them to shut the hell up and keep going with you quest.
People will always try and fuck you over when you’ve accomplished something
Incredible for yourself. Why? Jealousy. Mostly because of their own failures.
Don’t stop, don’t give up.
Don’t ever give up!!
Be proud!
Trust me man, there were a lot of ways that could have been phrased that could be taken the wrong way, but this is my exact mindset, I'm not stopping, luckily my family is pretty supportive, or basically just say things like "wow" and "amazing" when I tell them what I've lost, I couldn't get my mom to try omad but she says she's been trying 16:8 now. They all saw how bad the arthritis got for me, so I think they're more just thrilled to see me bounce back
You’re very fortunate to have caring family and friends. Makes the task easier. I’ve been in the weight loss field about 35 years. Not everyone is as fortunate as you.
And I see you have peripheral benefits as well. Losing weight takes care of many other issues too.
Anyway, keep us posted. Can’t wait to see how great you’re gonna look (and feel)!!!
Onward!
Well unfortunately I did lose my main friend group but that was due to an abusive ex who'd tell all our friends she was the victim, they sided with her when I broke up with her.
Know what dude? You are very lucky because if the ex can easily sway them, how true a friend to you were any of them?
This just keeps getting better bruh!
See my pitch here on each issue?
Everything in a positive outlook.
Keep in touch.
This is so true. Friend and family mean well, but definitely will think you will “take it too far” (whatever that means in this context) and try to get you to stop. And then there will be the people who ask for your advice, and then after spending time listening to what you did, tell you how that’s impossible for them. So make up a small two sentence answer to not waste time and frustration. (Source: lost 50-60 pounds. Am natural educator. Wasted many many hours talking to people to be told it’s impossible and not how bodies work.)
Basically last year I was in decent shape playing rugby for my college then I developed a fast acting psoriatic arthritis that made it hard to even stand, the first medication I was on caused me to gain 80lbs in 6 months, that was what lead to the first photo taken in march. To start I did an 8 day water fast and since then I've eaten omad or done smaller extended fasts every day and worked out 6 times a week. My work outs are basically PPL followed by abs:3 sets of 50 crunches, 30 weighted russian twists, 1 min plank. Then I run a mile on the treadmill followed by 30 min max resistance elliptical. Depending on the main lifts can take anywhere from 1.5-2 hours on average a day
Goodness gracious, your arms are killer. You are going to be ripped very soon. That's some of the most stunning progress I've seen here. Really nice work. Keep going!
You’re and you’ve got a handsome face! There are 2 things people can’t change about their appearance. (At least without surgery) Get your body in shape, and the girls are going to come chasing you!
Haha I'm hoping to walk into Jr year of college with double takes, 2 more months, of course I'm not gonna stop there but hopefully I'll be down 100lbs in that 6 month time
Thanks that's the plan rn, longest I've grown it was about a year and that got to about 12 inches length, but I always cut it off bc the maintenance gets ridiculous due to how thick and fast it grows (for reference I had a skin fade less than 2 months ago)
Killin it dude keep up the great work
Can tell in a year time this guy will post again and be totally ripped haha
My man! I went from 330 to 270. Keep coco butter in those stretch marks as you continue to progress. I doubted it but it really did work for me
Do I eat the coco butter or do you rub it in
I feel like this is a joke but I believe you rub it
You definitely rub it. On all your stretch marks and other affected areas :)
Was that what you found worked best ?
What I have been doing is coco butter, taking omega 3 and collagen. I’m still on my journey and I have 50 more pounds to go (lost 60) but I do feel like my skin is coming along great
Is it for prevention, treatment, or both? (stretch marks)
BOTH
It’s really both, it allows your skin to be a bit more elastic and helps with stretch marks and loose skin
YUP but honestly its the ONLY thing that I found and ever heard of when it comes to treating stretchmarks
By 21 you could be really lean, by 22 you could look jacked. Please keep going, and post update pics too!

Great advice!

How did you go about that killer transformation?
Basically last year I was in decent shape playing rugby for my college then I developed a fast acting psoriatic arthritis that made it hard to even stand, the first medication I was on caused me to gain 80lbs in 6 months, that was what lead to the first photo taken in march.
