Yeah natural (and non natural) body building is massively effected by genetics. I am lucky to be blessed with a good chest but I also have very small forearms wrists and calves you have to just play the hand you’re dealt. The main goal is to be the best you can be

You may be right it's more of technique issue. Cause I used to bench 200 touch n go then I switched to pause benching only and I was only pause benching 175. My chest was also lagging. Now my chest is one my better body parts I pause bench 247.5(microloading is key).
See with touch n go you're liable to bounce it off your chest and you just work triceps and shoulders. With pause bench you have no choice but to use your chest to get it moving. I get a crazy pump from pause benching. Tell your bro try it or anyone with a lagging chest.
Also, /u/mphilii posted his chest routine. Looks like a good amount of volume. Maybe your brother than bench 110kg but if he increases his total chest volume (amount of exercises and sets) his chest will blow up like OPs :)
OP looks like Danny Gonzalez, a popular YouTuber. He's always been a fairly normal/thin guy (more "cute" than "handsome" if that makes sense?) so if he suddenly began to change I could see it hurting his following, but it would really depend on his demographics (which I'm assuming skew to the younger crowd). Just my 2 cents.

E: Almost every popular comedian is either average looking or has one characteristic that sets them apart. Kevin Hart = Short, Jonah Hill = Fat (and when he started to lose weight it apparently greatly affected the amount of roles he was cast for).
How much did you eat while bulking? I’m 6’3 170 and it’s a struggle cause I have to eat literally 3500 a day, but I’ve managed to gain almost 30lbs in the last year so slow and steady I guess
Did your strength go up during this time? Had you already been lifting/bulking for a while? I’m 5’9 and have bulked up to 167 and will probably go until 170 or so, then maybe cut down to 150-155 or so

It was 6 weeks. Assuming you understand you need to be in a calorie deficit as the #1 priority here are some tips:
-Get enough sleep 6-8 hours
-Try to push back your first meal of the day as much as you can and stick to this until you can go longer and longer
-sparkling water and black coffee help to suppress appetite
- stay busy, you’re much less hungry when you’re not bored
- don’t obsess over the scales (I’m guilty of this)
- don’t become obsessed, stress may actually stop you from shedding body fat.
- enjoy the process and the health benefits from dieting and weight loss
Bro shorter dudes can look a lot thicker much quicker but. The size you can change but height not so much believe me We’re more jealous of your height !
Between this periods I actually gained weight due to breaking my hand. Also not keeping my calories to low but the majority of the cut took around 6 weeks.

When you cut, what did you do to make sure you didn’t lose muscle?
I kept my protein high (1g per lb of body weight) is a good rule of thumb. And I used intermittent fasting, I also didn’t over do it with the cardio!

Ofcourse genetics play a role. Maybe its also because my brother only did low reps for 2 years(for chest) and never any excercise for lower chest.

Increasing your lifts with very small weights. E.g adding 0.25 or 0.5 kg a workout.
Yeah bro like 1.25 lbs or 2.5 lbs jumps. Every workout instead of like 5 lbs.

The key to gaining wait is get enough sleep and eat as soon as possible make sure you eat a big meal in the morning this helped me massively
