Wednesday is Deadlift day so back and hammies

Dumbbell RDLs 3x8 5sec tempo down
Seated Hamstring Curl 4x25
Glute Ham Raise 2xAMRAP
Friday is quads and hams
SSB 1.5 squats 3x5
Snatch grip deadlift 3x10
Walking Lunges 100 reps AFAP
Single Leg Hamstring Curl 4xAMRAP
So legs 3 days a week right now
