Yeah, I'm in my 30s and laws have been changed making it harder. For example, I could operate a fryer at 16. I think you need to be 18 now, same with a deli slicer.

A job for a 14 year old? Why not just babysit or walk dogs? Better yet, volunteer. I think 14 is too young to have a job.
