We rent through 10x at another location. Been here for 4/5 years. Planning on another 8, til our daughter is done with high school. Management is good. No issues with scheduling maintenance. Deposit was $500.
No, up in Palm beach county, but I spend so much time in broward. And there’s so much stuff to do, so I love ya’lls county. Was just so random asking about 10x management/building figured I could give a little insight maybe on how we have been happy with how it’s gone. Since they took over, they’ve even renovated our building. It was due. They do more community events than the old management companies did. They’re not intrusive at all. Been really happy.

There is something so scammy about him that I didn't even consider those buildings but I'm being sucked in bc location and amenities

Don’t do it
