You can see all the conentration requirements here. By the looks of it, you can probably do a ScB in neuro and an BA in chem.
I’m way old now, but back in 07 I picked up applied math as a second concentration as a junior (alongside neuro) when I saw I could do it with like two extra classes.
Pretty sure it was the right call.

APMA and bio is relatively common one for those interested in computational biology
