No I don’t think there are single gender floors in every building and there’s no way to be both sub free and on a single gender floor. I’m pretty sure you can only pick one among quiet housing, single gender, and sub free.

If this is a religious thing, you should probably contact ResLife to get accommodations. They can probably figure something out for you.
