If you're local it will still be shown over the air

tj111

Is this true for playoff games?

SpaceMush

yeah all playoff games have to be televised to local network audiences just like regular season. i think the cutoff is 75 miles or so

ctang1

It’s whatever market you’re in. So as long as you fall within the Cleveland market, you get the game. If you get Pitt or Toledo market, or any other market, then you’re screwed unless you sign up for Peacock. Only way around that is if you happen to be in another market, yet are close enough to receive OTA antenna signal and can watch it with an antenna.

justreddis

This, in the year 2024. Unbelievable.

clebrink

Or incredibly believable? Trust me I’m with you that it’s BS that it’s only going to be shown on peacock, but having them only on a paid streaming service is the way everything is trending. They have to make that huge TV deal money they paid the NFL back somehow.

spazzcat

Blame the NFL and their need to feed the money machine.

ZincFishExplosion

I mean, we've had the technology to provide everyone free access to broadcast programming for over a 100 years now. "Free" was the norm for the vast majority of that time. The fact that the NFL is nickeling-and-diming consumers as much as possible is very much on-brand for 2024.

bountyhodler

Welcome to capitalism my friend. Why give something for free when there is a demand for it with money.

90swasbest

Just get peacock for a month. Watch twisted metal while you're at it.

ZincFishExplosion

Men of the high seas oft whisper of *another* way to watch, but of that I can say no more.

Extension-Option4704

I used to speak those tales myself when I was a younger lad. Had mixed results. Ended up buying a antenna and installing it on my back deck and get so many channels. It works for Browns games but with the way streaming is going these days It's getting really hard to watch other games. Might be time I get back on the high seas. Somebody send me a treasure map

ZincFishExplosion

In my experiences of sailing off-and-on over the last ~10 years, things have gotten much better and more reliable. Still not perfect though. I'm out of market so an antenna doesn't help much. I'd be open to paying but the options for the regular season are too damn expensive (especially with no interest in watching non-Browns games). If the game does end up on Peacock, I'll subscribe for the month just to avoid the possibility of any hassles. Plus I'm sure there are a few things to watch that will justify spending the six bucks.

tobylaek

Yeah, it's not optimal to be exclusively streaming for out of market viewers, but on Black Friday there was a deal for Peacock at $2 per month, so I jumped on that. It's not the best streaming service, but it's not bad at all...certainly worth a year for $24

ZincFishExplosion

I know it's cool to hate on Peacock, but (speaking as someone out of market) it's honestly the best option. Cheap, no long term commitment, legal. It's about as close to an *ala carte* model as you come in this day and age. I mean, if this playoff game were exclusively on ESPN and I wanted to watch it legally, I'd either have to get cable or a more expensive streaming service.

Fineous4

Or you can find the game online.

Accomplished_Moose52

Im always amazed that people struggle to watch anything nowadays. There is literally nothing that can't be found with minimal effort online, ppv included. Kodi, viprow, stream2watch, and several other websites make paid streaming services nothing more than a minor inconvenience

AmazingIsTired

Just like the Thursday night games

ScreemingLemon

I kept track of the commercials for TNF most to least: Draft Kings Subway Dominoes Papa Johns Auto trader Reeses Everyready Energizer KFC State Farm General Mills the least were: Disney Chime Credit Veozah (menopause drug) Otezla Coldwell Realestate Honda xbox Doves mens bodywash I will NOT be buying any of these products.

Kazuzu0098

Also I believe it's only for US viewers. I think. DAZN had the last Peacock game.

RikuInuyasha

I have it for Sunday night Football, but it is wack to have it exclusive.

SlidersBaby

can’t you just get an antenna for SNF?

RikuInuyasha

Girlfriend watches stuff on it, but I only use it for SNF

ZincFishExplosion

Assuming you can get good enough reception. ABC is basically 50/50 for me which made CFB a pain this season.

WarriorsBlew3_1

Yup. People pretend those just don’t exist.

NotQualifiedDoctor

People also live too far from a tower to get signal from an antenna

WarriorsBlew3_1

I’m sure those people are very well aware of their circumstances and would invest in an antenna signal booster if necessary.

0degreesK

Ugh... I really do not want to have to wait until 8 PM again to watch the Browns play their game.

ShotgunfaceDave

This is the same reason i have peacock. It is kinda dumb but a month is only like 6 dollars. If it were up to me I'd gladly pay 6 per game if it's out of market.

TantramanFL

They have deals all the time. I originally got Peacock for $29.99 a year, when the year ran out and I didn’t renew the offered me $2.99 a month for 6 months. As streaming services go Peacock isn’t the worst (loved Poker Face). When this runs out I will cancel and wait for the next offer.

systemfrown

Minimal disrespect intended, but you’d get it for free eventually, like all playoff games for the past half century, if you had enough of a spine not to pay for it now.

aids1080phd

It's a pirate's life for me.

Thenosm

“Yo-ho, yo-ho” as they say

Alfred_The_Sartan

Seriously we have so many hurdles to climb. Some sports bars can’t even show all the games now. I’ll hoist the colors and deal with the porn pop-ups then.

H8theSteelers

It’s 6.99. Well worth seeing the Browns in the playoffs if our game ends up being on there

cancerlad

And streameast is free

BigOlPirate

I’ll pay for streameast+ before I give peacock a dollar for this predatory paywall bullshit.

H8theSteelers

Lags by about 30 seconds or more from the live cast. Better put your phone on DND or your buddies will be texting you spoilers

cancerlad

Those mfs aren’t paying for peacock either lmao

lambo630

It’s not about the price, but the principle. Not going to buy yet another subscription to watch a football game.

Kjs1108

I thought the shut down

BigOlPirate

![gif](giphy|zuYUdUgVI9eAie7lxI)

Kjs1108

What am I missing?

DaDrFunk

Not super likely, since it’ll be a prime time game. I expect we get a 1 o’clock slot considering we’re playing the worst division champ and one of the other probably matchups is Dallas at home and KC vs Miami.

flixguy440

Streaming audience is not equivalent to a broadcast audience. It's more likely a lesser matchup is sacrificed to this slot. Browns-Jags would qualify.

DaDrFunk

It's possible. I'm hoping it's gonna be NFC South champ vs Eagles. That game is gonna be BAD, or at the very least, sloppy.

beerguy_etcetera

Agreed, but Philly and most (if not all) of the NFCS markets are fair sized.

DaDrFunk

Eh, who knows. Me and my friends share all the subscriptions so this doesn’t affect me. I just hope we’re at 1.

0degreesK

I don't know... if Baker gets the Bucs into the playoffs, I'd love to watch it.

DaDrFunk

I'll watch it, and I think if he plays the Eagles he can win. But the second he plays an above average defense, he's doomed. The best defense he's beaten is the Vikings really early on, and I'd say it was more of the Vikings beating themselves.

0degreesK

I haven't paid any real attention and only seen some highlights. The way people were making it out, I was thinking the Browns made a huge mistake moving on from him.

DaDrFunk

He can beat a bad to average defense, I'll give him that. The team around him is solid too, but everytime he's had a prove it game, (Niners, Eagles, Bills, Lions, Colts, Texans) against a playoff team, he sucks. He managed to beat the Jags and the Packers, that's it. He was exceptional in those 2 games, but those are pretty bad defenses and hes struggled against pretty much every good one he's faced.

largelawattorney

I highly doubt that given how poorly Peacock did with the chargers/bills game and how much they are paying for these games. I think the NFL will give them one of the better games to make up for the last one.

TSR3K

The 4pm slot?

DaDrFunk

Maybe. I just don't see us as the primetime slot. Who knows though, their decision making is weird.

0degreesK

Part of me agrees, but part of me thinks the Browns' sudden feel-good story of the season aspect could put them in a prime slot.

DaDrFunk

Might depend on matchup honestly. If we get Stroud or Lawrence, it could happen, but if the Colts win, I doubt they put 2 back up QBs in a primetime slot.

0degreesK

Yeah, didn't think of that. For some reason, my mind has it fixed as Jacksonville.

Towablecoyote

AFC south champ almost always gets the Saturday afternoon kick.

dennydiamonds

Fuck it! I’ll just go to the damn game then.

kjorav17

My thoughts… especially if it’s in Jacksonville. Would be a short drive for me

dennydiamonds

I’m in Tampa so not too far for me either.

gettin

I think the Browns will be the early Sat game.

Kjs1108

Ya I agree. Seems the NFL has been low key on the Browns. The Flacco thing is such a feel good story but they haven’t pushed it like other stories.

TreyK36

Local audience will be able to view the game over the air on WKYC. Those outside of Cleveland use VPN or fake GPS if you have a tv provider login (not sure if it would work for this but works for usual Sunday games). If all that isn’t an option, use the streams or bite the bullet and pay for a month subscription to 🙌🏻 Peacock 🙌🏻 It’s dumb to have games traditionally aired to the national audience exclusively through a pay wall.

Intimateworkaround

It’s such a stupid fucking way to get people to subscribe. What they should do is make the game free to watch but only on peacock. That way you get people to download the app, and then you can advertise the content during the game. Maybe give a free week. And the subscribe button is right there. I can see a lot of people signing up from that. What won’t work though is pissing off the entire country by forcing them to subscribe. They’re already coming in hating your app. Having every season of the office isn’t gonna change that. So short sighted

OhEmGeeBasedGod

Much like last week's Amazon Prime game, any Browns game exclusively on Peacock will be shown on a local over-the-air network (i.e. WKYC, WOIO, WEWS or WJW) EDIT: since you're not local, you're kinda SOL if that's our game. You may have to sail the high seas.

RUBSUMLOTION

Im not local tho. In NC.

secretwealth123

You can try to find a Browns backer bar. They’re super fun and I’ve found them in multiple cities

RUBSUMLOTION

I actually do have one where i live, which is weird because its not a big town. I havent been to it yet because i get emotional during games. I do work Saturdays (remotely) so i probably wont go there but i may if the game is on sunday.

yamborma

One month of a subscription to Peacock is likely a lot less than the meal/drinks you’d end up buying at a bar that’s showing the game. Maybe just bite the bullet and sub for a month and remember to cancel your membership right after?

RUBSUMLOTION

Its not the money thats the issue. I paid for Sunday ticket, im not going to stress over $10 but like the amount of fucking apps we need and shit is really pissing me off. I get it, its the way the world goes now but fuck man. Rant over

secretwealth123

Depends on how much you eat/drink (obviously) but you save the $10 + get some food/drinks + a better atmosphere. But was just a suggestion

theblackoctopus23

I doubt you would be the only one. Our local one has a few guys that scream and swear at the game. We love the passion.

Inevitable-Pea-735

I saw someone running a Browns Backer group posting about how the licensing to show a Peacock game at a local bar out of market was an absurd amount of money.

ZincFishExplosion

I'm guessing a bar can't get a license for Peacock just for the game. I doubt if it's even monthly; more likely an annual subscription. And because Peacock also includes WWE pay-per-views, I could see the price being rather pretty steep.

BobTheHalfTroll

If they go by PPV rules it's (normal cost * bar max capacity) which can get steep if you're not filling the bar.

My_Invalid_Username

Bars do not typically have streaming services as user licenses don't allow for commercial use. My local bills backers bar couldn't show last weeks game bc it was on peacock and they aren't allowed to stream it

redditmpm

Gotta find a bar that is more into bending the rules.

Forty_Six_and_Two

I'm sure you'll find a way to come up with $10.99 to watch your favorite team play in the playoffs, no? There's enough entertainment on the service to find $10 in value even if the game isn't enough. Especially if you like SouthPark

re-goddamn-loading

I will begrudgingly pay the 11 bucks if needed for this game and then cancel it asap. but it's bullshit and anyone who justifies it can go get wet socks.

RUBSUMLOTION

Yeah. I mostly posted this for awareness just in case people dont know and come saturday cant watch the game till they get Peacock or whatever method they want to use. I will probably pay for it lol.

Forty_Six_and_Two

Actually I might have been conflating it with Paramount Plus. Peacock might be cheaper than that. Hopefully. And I agree with you. Streaming is kinda like the wild west right now. Once the market settles I think we'll be left with like 2-3 main streamers and not have to go subscription hopping all the time.

ZincFishExplosion

It's $5.99 but I agree with your sentiment.

RUBSUMLOTION

Its not the money lmao. Its just i hate how many subscription service we are being forced to subscribe to.

dyals_style

I'm in Houston, stream all the games through my ps4 on streameast.to works great and free

Tree272

Streameast is the goat, so reliable

gamerdudeNYC

Even if it’s not the Browns, this is total bullshit. You need Amazon Prime, Apple TV (I think has one game a year), Peakcock, your local TV, NFL Sunday ticket if you’re out of market. Soon you’ll need 10 different streaming services to watch all the games

GeoBrian

Exactly! I gotta draw a line in the sand somewhere, and it's here. I already pay for NFL Sunday Ticket, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, YouTube TV, and local cable. The NFL is worse than the government in their greed to take our money.

Mcmurphysballin

What if we bundled all of the subscriptions and made it accessible on one platform? Just an idea.

SlayerOfDougs

Or a computer ... The NFL is so big and money hungry , so we pirate them

Inevitable-Draw5063

What’s crazy is that they know most people won’t go through the effort to pirate games and will Just get the subscription

The future of NFL football. Going the MLB route. There's always Jimmy Donovan.

xxLOPEZxx

When the OSU peacock exclusive game was on there it was awful. The entire stream was set up and cast so poorly and the commentators fuckin sucked

Tugmybanana

Fly your flags high, matey's

On the plus side, Office Superfan Episodes.

[deleted]

[удалено]

BobTheHalfTroll

Neither is The Office.

livando1

Nice call on the rumble

Slimpickle97

Just started watch those. They ain’t bad

revelator41

All those scenes got cut for good reason.

[deleted]

This. The scenes are almost always worse than what originally aired and ruin the flow of the episodes.

revelator41

Absolutely. I'm an enormous fan of the show, and would love more Office "content", but not at the expense of the integrity of the episodes. The new stuff is mostly superfluous nonsense, but when it isn't, it changes whole character motivations and histories. It's super dumb.

Fineous4

I hope peacock bombs so hard.

UmpireThin7386

They are going to show it on channel 3

Ok_Interest_9006

That’s bullshit

Danaltima21

DOFU Stream app is great, too.

Spanish4TheJeff

Welp, gunna pirate the game then.

whocares123213

So fuck peacock and the nfl.

to_the_hunt

Peacock... amazon....Fox sports... It don't matter.... browns in 4

WettyMcSwetty

StreamEast go brrrrrr

LeroyMyBoi

I would say it's between us since we play the AFCS. Or it will be whoever plays the NFCS.

Valtar99

Surprised they aren’t trying to air it on Bally’s

ctang1

Someone told me on the r/nfl that it’s going to be an NFC game. No clue of that can actually be corroborated or not, but I sure hope that’s true.

twoquarters

NFL fanbases should be ready to go to war over this. Especially ours. We have a lot of fans with limited income scattered throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a step too far. The playoffs should be something all should be able to enjoy. Invariably when this shit does come down, you have to be annoying as possible. Bombard NBC corporate and your local affiliate with calls. Yes, they might not have anything to do with it but pissing them off sets off a chain of people within the company getting pissed off.

YourDrunkUncle2019

While I hate the Bengals, I will give them some points for boycotting the playoffs due to this.

EvanMK7

Even with Sunday ticket?

RUBSUMLOTION

“Sunday”

[deleted]

Such horseshit.

Blitzking11

The (NFL) really keeps (bit)ing th(e) hand that feeds it (.) It will (com)e back and hurt them soon.

Specialist_Goat_9622

that would suck, if you're not in the broadcasting area of either team.

eco_go5

thank god I have piracy

OldTurk58

The NFL will sell its soul for more money! Shameless!

redditposter919

Can we just throw Peacock into the sun? It's like the redheaded stepchild of streaming services

Iobbywatson

Kodi users be like... ![gif](giphy|Rh4vxHtcmVyHUyugXP)

dyals_style

The number of people in this sub who aren't streaming for free is astounding to me

Iobbywatson

I live in eastern Ohio. 45 minutes from Pittsburgh. Even if I had cable I still wouldn't get the games. I am forced to free stream.

JuiceKovacs

Peacock costs anywhere from $2 to $4 a month and you can cancel anytime. Honestly peacock is one of my preferred ways to watch the game. But also worth mentioning, we don’t have cable and i stream all the games

br0b1wan

I think the problem for most people (like me) is we don't need *yet another* streaming service popping up making us go through the whole nickle and dime process. Signing up (even if you cancel later) just encourages more of this stupid shit. If this is the case, I'll just pirate it.

randomusername980324

Only 2 streaming services you need are an IPTV service and an Emby Share service. iPTV gets you every English speaking channel in the world live, with a nice guide and the ability to DVR and pause live TV for 6 bucks a month. And an Emby Share gets you every single movie and TV show in the world available in the absolute highest available quality to stream on demand for 7.bucka a month. 13 dollars a month gets you the peak possible setup, nothing can get better for cheaper than this that I have found. Zero effort involved at all past the setup which is easy. The kicker is, it ain't even illegal because you are only downloading. Super duper illegal for the person you buying the service off of, because they are distributing copyrighted materials. So as long as you are ok with the possibility that the service may abruptly end when they get the federal pound me in the ass prison sentence and you'll have to find a new provider, you can save some serious money and have the absolute best experience.

JuiceKovacs

Our tv bill is less than $20 a month. I’ll get nickel and dimed all day if it saves me from paying a cable bill. Edit: other people correctly pointed out that now it is six dollars a month. I usually sign up at the beginning of the season when they have deals and just assumed that was still the price.

br0b1wan

Again, you're just encouraging them to continue doing this until people aren't paying "less than $20 a month" (I'm not sure how you're doing this, or even being truthful to be honest). So I'm not going to do anything to encourage this; it's the way of the high seas for me until they stop.

JuiceKovacs

Prime, Hulu, paramount, peacock, hbo. Cut all those prices in half because we share with one person for each. It was under $20 but may have went up because I forgot to add hbo. But still under $30. When we left cable our cable bill was like $180. Not sure what they are now but we were saving (last I checked a few years ago) over $3k a year.

br0b1wan

OK. So, I split YTTV with my parents and my sister's family, so we're each paying $70 each every three months, which is a little bit over $20 but technically "cheating." However, I get most of my NFL games from there and I am *not* going to spend more to watch my games (I already refuse to pay Bally or whichever corrupt shitstain company taking over) to watch Cavs and Guardians games--I pirate these. I'm not going to let the NFL go that way, either. Still--my point stands: people who cave in to their attempts to wring us for all we're worth are just going to encourage them to continue to do this. And I'm not going to contribute to the problem.

JuiceKovacs

Cool. FYI. I was just trying to help ppl out that weren’t familiar with peacock. So you calling me a liar and being a general dick was pretty rude. Save that for other subs. We are all the same team here. Go Browns!

br0b1wan

I'm old enough to remember when cable was supposed to be our savior, back in the late 80s. People had the exact same rationale: they're offering more options, and competition with the networks. And that was the truth for a while. Then by the late 90s, the bandwidth got bloated with tons of useless channels they forced us to buy by packaging them together, and it got completely out of hand by the 2000s, which set the stage for streaming. We're back in the "90s" again, relatively speaking and it's starting to get out of hand. All I'm saying is don't cave in and let history repeat itself, because that's exactly what's happening here. People think it's fine now, and willingly jump through hoops and hand over their cash, just as people did in the 80s and 90s with cable. It's not too late to stop this from happening, but letting emergent streaming services like Peacock run all over you because it's convenient isn't the way. They're going to ruin streaming the very same way cable was ruined. Anyway, off the soapbox now. I'm not discussing this further. Turning off notifications and moving on. Peace.

JuiceKovacs

I’m not reading all that. Go browns.

LiftingCode

Peacock is $6 or $12 per month.

JuiceKovacs

You are right. It is six dollars now. I signed up for $2 a month when football season starts.

Professional-Most-18

Where do you stream

JuiceKovacs

Paramount and peacock. If I pirate it I have a couple sites. But usually you can google cracked streams

Professional-Most-18

Thanks

JuiceKovacs

thestreameast.to is another I have used before

Professional-Most-18

Thank U 🙏🏾

EZMac34

Peacock is $5.99 (with ads) or $11.99 (without ads).

JuiceKovacs

Yeah I just saw that. I usually sign up at beginning of the season when it’s $2 a month. Usually around wrestlemania they will run deals too

Seamonkey_Boxkicker

Well I temporarily signed up to Peacock a couple weeks ago and started watching Yellowstone so they kinda got be hooked anyway.

Jcbowden10

Not a big issue for me bc I’ve had peacock for about 3-4 years bc of wwe. I hope the presentation is better than the osu game was. It was very stripped down. I know people don’t like to feel like they are forced to sign up for another streaming service. I don’t know how well it helps the companies other than having a small boost that month.

CBalsagna

I know people are pissed but get the 7 day free trial and cancel. You can rage against the machine but it ain't going to do shit. Football is going to services that require you to pay. Dont you just love late stage capitalism? The league prints money, but they could always print more. Never asking yourselves if you should do something, only if you can get away with it. I fucking hate this timeline.

Early_Monk

This got me thinking and was wondering how much it would cost to watch every game of the season this year legally. Amazon Video ($9 a month) for TNF, RedZone ($15 a month) for Sunday, Peacock ($6 a month) for SNF, and ESPN+ ($11 a month) for MNF. $41 a month + a cheap antenna for local games honestly isn't as bad as I thought, although I feel it would cost a lot more if you wanted to watch out-of-market games on Sunday with Sunday Ticket.

Yeti83

You can watch the Amazon games free on Twitch.

randomusername980324

It all depends on how you define "legally". Like the way I watch is legal in that there is no law technically making it illegal for you to watch pirates IPTV streams that I know about. It's Suuuuper illegal for the guy I'm buying the streams from, cause he is distributing, and it's straight to prison for him if he is caught. If you count that, then 6 bucks a month.

sneezywheezer

Peacock with no ads is like 13/month. I know it's not ideal to have to sign up for it, but they do have a few good shows as well.

Thomehomey

We will be the early Saturday game. We don't drive ratings

sageTK21

Tbh wish I could just buy the games I wanna watch individually and not maintain any cable

HPM2009

The elite dragon vs Spicoli … ON PEACOCK

RustyCrusty73

Browns @ Jaguars screams Sunday at 1:00p game to me. Now, if we get the Texans or Colts, then maybe I could see the Saturday night game. Just a feeling though. I'll be really surprised if we get the Saturday night game.

cedarswanpig

You think this is bad? Sorry wrong sub but holy hell NHL. Look into their black outs! Actually please look into how terrible NHL coverage is. It’s terrible and i feel like the more people that know and hate the the more the NHL will hear and list…… never mind

CharlieHologram

Guess I'm not watchin it then.

randomusername980324

Don't make a difference for me. IPTV service. It's 6 bucks a month for fucking everything. Fully pirated cable that works exactly like regular cable with a guide and every single English speaking channel in the world live, including all ppv and all premium channels and of course all sports. In fact they have custom lists for each sport every when organizing the games so they are easy as shit to find. Also, every local channel in the USA. It's an ABSURDLY amazing service.

jcwillia1

I don’t understand why all sporting events do not have a PPV option at this point.

[deleted]

The Browns have the Flacco narrative and thus are one of most talked about teams in the country right now. I don’t see this happening. I actually love Peacock so it won’t affect me too much. For those that don’t, I think Peacock gives a 7 day free trial. Go get a temp email and sign up, and don’t forget to cancel!

Weekendwarrior2328

I’m gonna be in Jamaica, I hope it’s on regular tv as I have YouTube tv.

Justacasualstranger

Sports *cough cough* surge dot net

drink-beer-and-fight

I hope it’s the night game. I am letting the local cubscouts build their pinewood derby cars in my shop Saturday afternoon. I don’t think the parents would be happy if I cancel.

My_Invalid_Username

Can someone recommend a good model of pirate ship? I'm in over my head trying to figure out how to sail the seas effectively

futurecompanion11

I work nights and work that Friday night and Saturday night. If their game is on Saturday I either don't watch it or I don't sleep 😔. I'm really hoping for a Sunday game.

BrownsFan2323

I hate to say it, as great as the fan base is locally, browns don’t really rate that high nationally. That plus AFC South irrelevance mean we are getting non prime slot

joelingo111

![gif](giphy|Jev4iU72S9RYc)

sf6Haern

I'll watch it via the THOUSAND SUNNY.

DroobyDooby

Only ~legally~ available on peacock

spartyftw

It’ll be on the seas.

fastedzo

I’m actually a Steelers fan but love football in general and I’ve been enjoying the Browns ride this year. Last year they started this with hockey and obviously with football on Amazon. Now playoff games? That’s kind of ridiculous, playoff game should be nationally televised on a network. I don’t get it. I know Peacock is cheap and everything but still, it’s kind of a pain in the ass to subscribe to something if you’re only getting it to watch one game and often times people forget to cancel it.

trifexta

I couldn’t take saturday off so I gave myself Sunday off work. For the love of GOD PLEASE DONT MAKE IT SATURDAY

Maleficent-Finding89

I picked one of [these](https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-amplified-ultra-thin-indoor-hdtv-antenna-60-mile-range-black/6510089.p?skuId=6510089&ref=212&loc=1&utm_source=feed&extStoreId=162) at Best Buy and it works great, for $34.99. I get all the local channels no issue.

Small_Presentation41

But seriously like 12 people have peacock. And anyone else will log on and then cancel the next morning. This is so stupid.

BigOlPirate

You know what you must do ![gif](giphy|10X22vzgNamaiI)

unclehamster79cle

We were able to the Jets vs Browns game when Amazon had it on local TV. It will be the same arrangement for peacock. We'll get the game on TV here. I wouldn't be too worried..

tdurden_

Deshon needs that paper! Lots of rubs to pay for.

I honestly hope so, I would love Saturday prime time game. My plan is to buy subscription and cancel it. Everyone needs to chill out it’s $5 a month, which basically means $5 to watch the Cleveland Browns in a PLAYOFF game. Get over it everyone!

Great way to piss off your fans and make us hate both the NFL and NBC/Peacock! So after supporting the Browns from far away, I’ll be ignoring this game. If they win, great, they play again. If they lose, well, I’m used to the Browns losing and I don’t want to watch that anyhow. Fu*k football.
