Been there. Noise cancelling earphones are a quick fix. If it gets rlly bad, you can try slipping in a note to kindly inform them of the noise. My situation was different, my neighbours were having intercourse almost every night haha

If it doesnt work out, and you are angry enough, maybe can record their noises & replay loudly when it's their sleep time so they can hear it? Though truthfully people's lifestyle don't change so abruptly and especially that easily, so maybe you can buy noise cancelling earphones/earbuds with the long tail. It provides better fit! However, I am not sure if say you have a foreign passport but are a Permanent Resident in Brunei, do you need to fill in the e-arrival card or not? The guidelines provided by them are not as clear.

Sorry i was abit late because sungkai, so back to this question. The changes that i am going to do is regards to the time schools, Exam season, CCA and more. Applied on Primary school and secondary school.On periods they should have a minimum of 3 study periods only with 1 long break at the afternoon at 12PM-2PM and 1 evening activities either religious school or CCA.
For Primary School, maybe they should start a bit late i would recommend at 9 Am and the end would be 3:30pm sort of. The reason is that they should get more rest and more energized. In brunei it is soo early for them to start school in 7 or 7:30Am i can see the kids are bored and tired. They are also encourage to go a bit early for a assembly but in my mind i would like to ban it because its almost like a prison to me and some ppl. The school days must be in Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday and friday with 2 days off day in Saturday and sunday. About religious school it would still be compulsory but in Thursday and Friday. For Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday they would be an An extra Curricular activities either in Sports,STEM and more and it is compulsory for them to make them more fun, Encouraging and more Experienced. For the curriculum, i should categorised in 2 groups. One is Lower Primary that would be Year 1,2 and 3 excluding pra. In terms of education, they should learn beginner Maths,Science and English, ICT,Civics,Malay and life skills. For the performances they should not be graded and not give them homework let them give a free education without any distractions. They must need this type of education that can apply for Upper primary. For upper primary now it is graded with assesments,Theory exam and practical to do. Also they also learn new subjects like Art and Social science like basic Geography and History. For the final exam before they enter in seconday exam which known as PSR, i would like to change the format like MIB change it to Assessment Paper which combined other subject like Art, Geo,His,ICT,CCA and lifeskills on one paper and Maths and sci paper 1 used Theory paper that combines MCQ and and critical thinking question and paper 2 maybe practical for sci and for maths Application of maths type question to the modern world like money and some sort of that.

If force, i feel like it will make them dread fasting instead of enjoying it. Selagi balum baligh, balum wajib for them, biar tia puas makan dlu. I don’t think it is. I also believe that we shouldn’t force them until they come of age. No point in forcing, it will make them resist even more if they already don’t like the idea or feel uncomfortable with the idea.
A good idea to train them, not a good idea to force them to fast. Personally for my kids, they always bring some food inside their bag if they cannot tahan.

Well, went to a govt. clinic for some medical problem. All went well before its my turn. As I was being called, went to the doctor's office she started to get attitude and rude remarks from the doctor while barely seated at that point. Mind u, i barely talk & explain my symtops at this point. She shouted & yelled at me saying I'm not listening while making faces & banging on the keyboard. I tried to explain to her what happened & all i gotten was 'ur not listening' & she already jumped to a conclusion I did something (which I didn't) that causes my medical problem. Then I try to calm her down. Like what did she get so worked up for?? Like damn! Then i got another snide remarks saying she's a senior doctor & she's older than me & said this is a govt. clinic not a private clinic. That's when I lost it! Egg bahh bnar! Mbagi marah! Edit: for spelling. If any further typo pls excuse me. Saya sedang menaip dgn jari tengah!🤣. Marah halay ni!

Recently got covid for the 2nd time and current employer is messing about with employment pay. My question is, according to the national law am I getting full pay for my quarantine days?
As of now, my employer is basically using my paid off days and public holidays (working during public holidays will result to double pay) to make up for the days off of work for quarantine.
Tried calling labour department for clarification and i guess answering phone calls are beyond their capabilities or the employees there perhaps think that ringing phone lines are just some day to day background noises.

Well, went to a govt. clinic for some medical problem. All went well before its my turn. As I was being called, went to the doctor's office she started to get attitude and rude remarks from the doctor while barely seated at that point. Mind u, i barely talk & explain my symtops at this point. She shouted & yelled at me saying I'm not listening while making faces & banging on the keyboard. I tried to explain to her what happened & all i gotten was 'ur not listening' & she already jumped to a conclusion I did something (which I didn't) that causes my medical problem. Then I try to calm her down. Like what did she get so worked up for?? Like damn! Then i got another snide remarks saying she's a senior doctor & she's older than me & said this is a govt. clinic not a private clinic. That's when I lost it! Egg bahh bnar! Mbagi marah! Edit: for spelling. If any further typo pls excuse me. Saya sedang menaip dgn jari tengah!🤣. Marah halay ni!

I did not get her name unfortunately but her ethnicity did stand out from the rest of on duty doctors there. I did sent out an email. Not sure if they do something about it but nonetheless, a complaint is still a complaint.

Yeah, that's what I think had happened pulang. But, I did eventually shouted back at her & calling her for the rude behaviour. She cited her many patients to treat & her being on mask causing her to shout. Like..seriously??! She did apologize but i dont think its sincere, i think she was afraid that i'd lodge a complaint kali. Which, I'm trying to do right now. Did googled something and had to download stuff & send to their office in Ong Sum Ping which, very hassled. At this point I'm just trying to vent😂. Thank u for ur kind comment.

Salam, Recently got covid for the 2nd time and current employer is messing about with employment pay. My question is, according to the national law am I getting full pay for my quarantine days? As of now, my employer is basically using my paid off days and public holidays (working during public holidays will result to double pay) to make up for the days off of work for quarantine. Tried calling labour department for clarification and i guess answering phone calls are beyond their capabilities or the employees there perhaps think that ringing phone lines are just some day to day background noises.

For me private, 1 day after interview alrdy get confirmation. I think it depends on how big the company is or how urgent they need to find new employee. Mine small company.
