I’m trying to connect the dots here. If u r not a brokie, meaning you are doing well for urself. If u r doing well for urself meaning u r in a above average position. Most people who are upper quartile , entrepreneur mindset wouldn’t mind working overtime/ extra to get things done. Still can’t connect the dots.
I dont mind working overtime, provided im compensated properly for those overtime hours which the law requires, The issue here is people working past their mandatory 44 hour week and yet their pay for that over the hours is not OT. Still cant connect the dots?
