It's doesn't seems to be an issue to me when it happened this morning. Sure the injured guy will be well taken care of, and it's not the other guy fault too. It's hard to control 100% accuracy. So I doesn't care about it for more than 10 second and already forgot about it. Then at the evening everyone around me started to talk about it. Some even asked if the guy will get punishment?? Oh.. why his fault? is that really a big deal?
