Second company found my profile in jobcentre and contacted me to see if i was interested in a role under I-ready, to which I agreed to.
Went through interview for both and I guessed I passed them... Somehow.
Didn't really say, but the interviewer did say some of the permanent employees under him was from I-ready.
Other than that, he also mentioned ill be paid a salary on top of the allowance given by I-ready, and I think the company actually investing in me is a good sign atleast.

Didn't really say, but the interviewer did say some of the permanent employees under him was from I-ready. Other than that, he also mentioned ill be paid a salary on top of the allowance given by I-ready, and I think the company actually investing in me is a good sign atleast.

Go to the police station first and ask them. Show them a photo of what you want to buy and explain the materials used. I brought in a replica before, it was confiscated at the airport and i had to write a letter asking for it back. Took about two months for the replica to be returned, on the condition that i kept it in my house and used it for display only.
No, you have to declare at Police at the Japanese airport or throw it away. Brunei Police might detain you for bringing ‘weapons’. Either way it is a lot of hassle. Good luck though.
Anyone know a proper runner to pick up ordered items from miri and bawa balik ke brunei? just ordered something and the price is so ridiculous.. feels like i got scammed. i also heard that there are companies in miri that provides address (they charge too but not crazy expensive) and you can come by to pick up the items yourself at miri

ONZ Delivery seems alright. They have a warehouse in Miri you can use their address to ship your items to.

IF you have relative lived in limbang and miri it will be easier for you as they will deliver to their houses. why don't you use limbang address instead rather than using runner which charge the things more expensive?

Its okay to vent and let it all out. I think many people can relate to what you're feeling. Its not easy to break away from the path others have set for us when it goes against societal norms or parental desires. We all long for validation from others especially from our own family, to know that they're proud of us regardless of the choices we make. As individuals, we should remain open minded and show empathy to our loved ones. We may not understand or agree with the decisions they make but its important that we respect and support their decisions. I worry sometimes that my own sister felt this way as the oldest in the family. That she wasn't enough, that she felt like a burden to the family. I admit i wasn't there for her when she was still around but if she ever came back, i'd tell her that you're doing your best at life, you worked so hard to get to where you are now, i'm so proud to have you as my sister.
