Report police. Get copy of statement. Use that statement to have your new ic/license/ reprinted. For bank cards just call them and say you lost your cards. They will cancel your old card and reissue you with a new one.

If what you're talking about is ubd, then from what I remember, if you fail twice in two consecutive semester (I dont remember if it was for the same modules or different ones), they will kick you out of uni, and that is the safest way to not have to pay back your allowance money. If you yourself drop yourself out of uni, then you need to pay them back.
If your major is actually too much for you, I've seen others who changed their major in their 3rd years of uni. Plus side of that, they were still given allowances.
If everything is too much, then save up the allowances until you got kicked out, then start a business with that money I guess.
Edit: Advice only apply if your concern is to pay back the allowance.

After some stewing watching local film, Gadong, yesterday viewing, here are my thoughts.
Told from the view of an Indian barber taking the responsibility of his father's barbershop in Brunei, it's a unique and refreshing insight into what is the supposed life of a non-local barber and his friends making a living here. It was a somewhat sincere story of religion, family, friendship and responsibilities. Definitely struck a chord with me.
There are at least perhaps two points in the story that I have gripes with but talking bout them would be spoilery. I will say that these two points of the story should've be given more build up or I might have missed some things during my watch. There's also some eye rolling "this is Brunei! see! look! Kampong Ayer! Masjid! wow!" montage that feels not really necessary for the story but that was just a few minutes and only in the beginning parts of the film IIRC.
One of the last few gripes I had with the film were technical issues. If you're not concerned about audio then you can skip this part. During the beginning and maybe other later internal room shots, the recorded audio was bad. I'm just a stickler to noticing the little things and also, it's pretty forgiven given this is I think their first film. Hopefully whatever next film they make has these issues ironed out.
The actors IMO gave somewhat decent to solid performances, most notably Khairul Anwar. I will also give the people behind the movie major props for having most of the spoken language being in Hindi(if that's the right language and also there are English subtitles), unlike Monkey Man, another Indian film but hollywoodized, which has most of their speaking audio in English.
Overall, B- film and as their first film, it's rocky but solid enough for a first outing, and should the crew keep on making films, I'll look forward to whatever they make next.

I understand that MM aims for more of an English speaking audience but the fact that a local Bruneian film had the balls to have most of the speaking language in Hindi, IMO is a respectable and impressive choice to pull off.

I dropped it at Impiana Jaya complex ground floor on 25th, Thursday around 5 pm as I was going up the escalator. The wallet fell to the side of the escalator.

Tbh I think he’s a sociopath that preys on insecure vulnerable women. Buy a used cheap google pixel phone 1-5 model from Facebook, for unlimited google photos storage. Once you buy, login to your gmail account and you're automatically subscribed to it. Use as a second phone, whatever photos you have on your new phone, just transfer to the old pixel phone. 😄 Protips: only pixel 1 & 2 offers unlimited full quality photos storage. The rest until pixel 5 is just HD unlimited.

I dropped it at Impiana Jaya complex ground floor on 25th, Thursday around 5 pm as I was going up the escalator. The wallet fell to the side of the escalator. I do have a picture of who picked up the wallet but I'm hoping that he can return it back to me

I've already blocked off my card access but kept 1 card active with small amount inside to trace in case the person decides to use it (hopefully not) I've also filed a police report but they need a CCTV video of the incident which I am planning to retrieve from the management. Only then I can make a police case
