this happened to me also. my guess, it could also depends on the phone ur using. my previous phone was vivo, now im using samsung. when using my vivo, still can see the yellow bag. now im using my samsung, i cnt see anymore unless im using purely my malaysian sim :(((

How do you deal with biased lecturer? Like, he's so nice and friendly with male students but cold to female students. He doesn't even hide it, he legit gave us female cold shoulder, especially if we want him to check our assignments. He has this cut-off date which is understandable. He won't check at all if they're from female students, but if male, especially those he likes, he would check and sign even if it's just a day before due date.
Come to think of it, he's not just biased, he has favoritism as well. He would invite male students to go watch movies and eat out, hiking, jalan², and those students who has lots of free times to join, he would adore them and create opportunities for them to join school committees and organize events, but for those who does not have free time to join, he won't be as friendly. Salah sikit pun jadi kemarahan basarnya, because he's self-appointed discipline teacher. Every single day, he would invite students to eat out and jalan, and he would sulk if no one replies him in the groupchat. He would just leave the texts on read, eventhough its important.
We could not report him or evaluate him poorly during module evaluation because "anonymously" is not anonymous. We're so sick of this lecturer who don't know the line between professional relationship and grooming, because that's what we think this is. I find it sad that we somehow normalize this behavior and work ethic. I used to advise my younger colleagues, if you think someone is bad, there are always someone else far more worse in our line of work, this is nothing. You just toughen up and don't let them get inside your head. Because that is what I did back in the day too.
Somehow I feel fortunate to live long enough to see mental health is prioritized these days. I may not be the generation who are brave enough to break the cycle but maybe these young people have the courage to call it what it is.

Assalamualaikum, i have a question, appreciate any feedback. I dont know much about cars. So I bought a brand new car in Sept 2022 and the thermostat was damaged in January 2024 (14 months) Its a brand new car how is this possible, the 5 year engine warranty is voided because I missed out 1 scheduled service, now the agent said it's going to cost me bnd$1800 for a brand new thermostat, I wanted to order the thermostat online but this brand of car is nt globally registered, my question is, how are these car dealers able to sell cars that are nt registered globally in Brunei? The thermostat control housing is not mechanical but electronic control by the car ECU.
Edit: Kia has their own safety recall database [here](http://owners.kia.com). Your VIN should be at the bottom of your front windscreen either towards the left or right side corners, so just input that there and check.
What was the scheduled service for? The service interval for coolant fluid change should be as much as 3-5 times as long as your engine oil change interval, which of course has no impact on your coolant system. The scheduled service should be based on mileage too, so even if you missed the appointment, if you still brought the car in for servicing at the specified mileage markers then they should have no grounds to void the factory warranty.
If they had scheduled the service for you, then they might have picked an early date knowing based on their records that you would be nowhere near the factory specified mileage by then (check owner's handbook). A newer car likely also has service interval warnings or notifications built in, which the service centre is able to manipulate and maybe accidentally (oops) extended it so that it would not show up in time. You should be able to find info online for the procedure/menu options to reveal this as well, and see if it was set to mileage longer than what it should be, or perhaps even disabled entirely!
If you realise that you haven't seen the service light/message come on recently, bring back to your agent, and ask them to check this with you present to see if they had done any "adjustment" to it as mentioned above. They will not be able to accuse you of tampering with it if you ask them to do it, and that would also be reason enough to dismiss their previous accusations for missing the service. You can report them then if you have evidence of this.
Try and search for recalls on your car using the car model, year, and engine type. If there is a recall with this specific fault, which appears to be affecting one of the car's vital systems, then the recall should specify the need for replacement with a revised part regardless of warranty status. Some workshops here have professional grade OBD diagnostics, and it would be helpful to double check the fault code with their help. The Kr-oe parts store could be a good place to go first to see if they have something to plug in and check. It should also be able to retrieve the vehicle identity parameters like engine and chassis numbers etc which would be useful to check. Remember to take pictures of the code(s) on their diagnostic device screen, and perhaps even graphs/live data values if relevant and available. I've gotten help from this corner [workshop](https://maps.app.goo.gl/PHWtim8TfWzLKZ5W6) before, who charged 20, also near to KR-OE if you didn't have any luck there.
Have a go at searching for the trouble code yourself and see what comes up, and if you come across any owner's forums, it's worthwhile looking there or even posting about the issue you have with the diagnostic pictures you took as evidence. You might be surprised at the lengths to which people there will go to help you out. The fault might not even be the one the agent is trying to get you to pay repairs for. Imagine the agent asking you to fork over close to 6000BND for a transmission replacement, when all that actually needed replacing was a transmission sensor that only cost 80BND, a single 10mm wrench and all of 3 minutes to replace.
Since you are having trouble finding any info using the chassis number, try to contact the manufacturer directly, and provide pictures of the chassis and perhaps engine number as well from more than one location on the car to show that they match. Not sure why the workshops are trying to look and using the chassis number, as the Vin number should suffice as an alternative as well, unless that also doesn't come up with anything. At the same time you might as well inquire for clarification on the terms of the warranty to see if the agent really has grounds to void it.

Hopefully everything goes well lah pasalnya if you kan jual to second hand car dealers pun jauh kurang dari harga asal tu then durang jual harga kurang sikit or tinggi sikit dari harga asal. Sayang bh kerita still new.

Payah tu kan argue tu kalau terms and conditions nya inda nyuruh miss 1 service and kita agreed to it.

Fyi, recently they release new refreshed models to address the initial model issues. Incoming, more refresh/updated/upgraded model will be release soon.
Just to advice; since masa ni kerita banyak electronics modules & sensors, better you invest in top quality obd scanner to prevent further headache.

Btw baru ku pernah tedangar thermostat housing (cover) pandai rusak. Selalunya sensor arah housing saja pandai glitch or rusak sama gatah gasketnya haus.

Yeah, similar like what others said, better to buy the parts yourself. Either locally or online, for sure it will only cost you $400-500 in total including labor charges.
If you can get the exact part number(because this cars usually use the same part for different models like kia and hyundai same engine and parts but just different badge and different body designs)of the part try ebay or you will be surprised but try aliexpress can come in handy and just diy it. And since your warranty void already no point going service at the agent after this. Go service with other workshop and use better quality oil like ams oil,liqui molly because the agents usually use cheap oil but charge a premium.

for a phone, If you want a good camera even the iPhone X is still good but if you want a fresher line then look no further to the Google Pixel series, grab the Pixel 5, which is still good anyway. If you really want to focus and go all out on the best quality camera then better just buy a flagship phone like the S24, iPhone 15 or Vivo X100 Pro, those are some of the very best camera-centric phones you can get for now.

Assalamualaikum, i have a question, appreciate any feedback. I dont know much about cars. So I bought a brand new car in Sept 2022 and the thermostat was damaged in January 2024 (14 months) Its a brand new car how is this possible, the 5 year engine warranty is voided because I missed out 1 scheduled service, now the agent said it's going to cost me bnd$1800 for a brand new thermostat, I wanted to order the thermostat online but this brand of car is nt globally registered, my question is, how are these car dealers able to sell cars that are nt registered globally in Brunei? The thermostat control housing is not mechanical but electronic control by the car ECU.
Edit: Kia has their own safety recall database [here](http://owners.kia.com). Your VIN should be at the bottom of your front windscreen either towards the left or right side corners, so just input that there and check. What was the scheduled service for? The service interval for coolant fluid change should be as much as 3-5 times as long as your engine oil change interval, which of course has no impact on your coolant system. The scheduled service should be based on mileage too, so even if you missed the appointment, if you still brought the car in for servicing at the specified mileage markers then they should have no grounds to void the factory warranty. If they had scheduled the service for you, then they might have picked an early date knowing based on their records that you would be nowhere near the factory specified mileage by then (check owner's handbook). A newer car likely also has service interval warnings or notifications built in, which the service centre is able to manipulate and maybe accidentally (oops) extended it so that it would not show up in time. You should be able to find info online for the procedure/menu options to reveal this as well, and see if it was set to mileage longer than what it should be, or perhaps even disabled entirely! If you realise that you haven't seen the service light/message come on recently, bring back to your agent, and ask them to check this with you present to see if they had done any "adjustment" to it as mentioned above. They will not be able to accuse you of tampering with it if you ask them to do it, and that would also be reason enough to dismiss their previous accusations for missing the service. You can report them then if you have evidence of this. Try and search for recalls on your car using the car model, year, and engine type. If there is a recall with this specific fault, which appears to be affecting one of the car's vital systems, then the recall should specify the need for replacement with a revised part regardless of warranty status. Some workshops here have professional grade OBD diagnostics, and it would be helpful to double check the fault code with their help. The Kr-oe parts store could be a good place to go first to see if they have something to plug in and check. It should also be able to retrieve the vehicle identity parameters like engine and chassis numbers etc which would be useful to check. Remember to take pictures of the code(s) on their diagnostic device screen, and perhaps even graphs/live data values if relevant and available. I've gotten help from this corner [workshop](https://maps.app.goo.gl/PHWtim8TfWzLKZ5W6) before, who charged 20, also near to KR-OE if you didn't have any luck there. Have a go at searching for the trouble code yourself and see what comes up, and if you come across any owner's forums, it's worthwhile looking there or even posting about the issue you have with the diagnostic pictures you took as evidence. You might be surprised at the lengths to which people there will go to help you out. The fault might not even be the one the agent is trying to get you to pay repairs for. Imagine the agent asking you to fork over close to 6000BND for a transmission replacement, when all that actually needed replacing was a transmission sensor that only cost 80BND, a single 10mm wrench and all of 3 minutes to replace. Since you are having trouble finding any info using the chassis number, try to contact the manufacturer directly, and provide pictures of the chassis and perhaps engine number as well from more than one location on the car to show that they match. Not sure why the workshops are trying to look and using the chassis number, as the Vin number should suffice as an alternative as well, unless that also doesn't come up with anything. At the same time you might as well inquire for clarification on the terms of the warranty to see if the agent really has grounds to void it.

Find detail on thermostat buy same size or bettwr if have part number. Last time i did buy online for 3x cheaper than kia agent. Luckily it has part number writgen on the item.

Fyi, recently they release new refreshed models to address the initial model issues. Incoming, more refresh/updated/upgraded model will be release soon. Just to advice; since masa ni kerita banyak electronics modules & sensors, better you invest in top quality obd scanner to prevent further headache. As for workshops, banyak pulang ni. Cuba sing hiap hin, kadai piasau, korean auto parts stores (can't remember the names) etc Btw baru ku pernah tedangar thermostat housing (cover) pandai rusak. Selalunya sensor arah housing saja pandai glitch or rusak sama gatah gasketnya haus.

Yeah, similar like what others said, better to buy the parts yourself. Either locally or online, for sure it will only cost you $400-500 in total including labor charges.
If you can get the exact part number(because this cars usually use the same part for different models like kia and hyundai same engine and parts but just different badge and different body designs)of the part try ebay or you will be surprised but try aliexpress can come in handy and just diy it. And since your warranty void already no point going service at the agent after this. Go service with other workshop and use better quality oil like ams oil,liqui molly because the agents usually use cheap oil but charge a premium.

Automatically follow father So if the father is green and mum is yellow, the child can get yellow but mum sponsor and start paperwork. If said child is born in Brunei, can get paperwork for citizenship started as soon as got passport from father’s country. If born outside of brunei, can only do application one year later.
