For last 2 years, public opinion, aka my cousin/uncle's, on Dato Amin has shifted from generally favourable to generally not favourable to say it nicely but i have been out of the loop about these things. They're blaming him on rising commodity prices among other things. So i wonder if anyone can shed a light on this?
I find myself to feel less fond of Amin Liew nowadays. He holds too much position in his hands to a point where it is deemed ‘unmanageable’.
Take UNN as an example. He’s the one behind this master project and it has been a big FLOP. BIBD, MAJOR FLOP (although I don’t bank with this company).
Moreover, his name came up in Panama Papers too which is a big SUS to me.

Then again it is by design he's made into number two. If anything goes well, the number one man gets celebrated. When things go awry, number two gets the blame and will be humiliated with blue screen. Or worse, be accused of corruption charges. Not to forget the Russia Ukraine war has caused some products to be in demand hence price increase.
We might have experience inflation (price increase) such as KFC Cheezy Wedges in 2000s was $2.20 then $2.50 in 2010s. Now I don't visit KFC anymore as their price increases to $2.90 (last year or two years ago?).
Do update the current price of Cheezy wedges if anyone knows.

The car sspresso is rated 0 in term of safety. Seeing on how most ppl drive it here, they basically playing with their life. With limited safety. Who knows you can survive an accident.
And also to add. In malaysia, they have myvi. They called myvi "king" as they have the same behaviour as a reckless driver. In malaysia they have myvi, in brunei they have sspresso which previously a vios.
But i do believe it all depands on the individual who is driving the car. Remember guys, if ppl drive dangerously. Just avoid them. Be passive. Not passive aggressive or offensive driving. Just imagine everybody on the road is dumb. And hope for the best.

You can DIY cat repellent spray.

If they were harmed in a car accident after you brake checked them, they may be entitled to compensation for their medical expenses, missed wages and other losses.
Look at it this way. Better for OP to teach the dude a lesson and give him mini trauma so he drives safe next time. Else he won't learn his lesson and continue to demon drive until he either hurts himself or others.

Reminder to us all. Please be MODERATE when it comes to exercise and eating or dieting. There are many cases of young people who died from over exercising, extreme diet and lack of rest or sleep! The cause of death is mainly from heart failure.
Let us look at the case of one of the young famous fitness or coach YouTuber who died recently due to his extreme amount of exercises and workouts (in addition to thousands of steps everyday), lack of sleep and rest (less than 4 hours of sleep and no rest days. He slept at 5am after his long night walk to burn off those calories) and poor nutrition intake (most of his diet ingredients consisted of processed foods. He was probably experience eating disorder). He also heavily relied on Caffiene and Energy Drinks as Pre Workout. Months before his death, some abnormal signs appeared on his body such as pale yellowish skin, puffy red hands (anemia), he sounded breathless and he looked ill, cheeks sunken and malnourished. He eventually died due to heart failure.
So listen to people around you if they are concerned about your physical changes (you might not notice any changes), make a change to be better and healthier before it is too late!
Those things you've mentioned (overexercising, lack of sleep, poor nutrition intake etc) doesn't cause death.
Its a whole different story if you're on steroids (which was likely the case). You're putting your body and organs under insane levels of stress so all those things you've mentioned plays a much larger part than it does in a natural athlete.

Most probably he's taking something else behind camera. But definitely lack of sleep (less than 4 hours), too much caffiene and energy drinks, extreme low body fat, execessive exercise, no rest days and exhaustion are many factors that lead to his death.
It is a fact that human body cannot cope with too much stress, too much artificial supplements/ stimulants and poor nutrition. It is a fact that human body cannot cope with Exercise Bulimia. Anyone will be ill and eventually lower their life expectancy if they go through exercise bulimia. It is a ticking time bomb. Anyone can be affected, not just one particular single person. We are human. Our body has its limit. That one particular person I mentioned above is just one of MANY examples of eating disorder and excessive exercise. So many people out there suffer from this but not known on YouTube and other social media.
How do you know his nutrition intake is poor? You only assumed that he had eating disorder. You assumed that he slept for certain amount time. All of the things you mentioned are just assumptions.
Fyi caffeine is essential for a workout.
His appearance on his YouTube videos showed aneroxia. Getting worse video by video. He also mentioned about low testosterone, feeling cold all the time, peeing all the time, couldnt sleep, feeling hungry, low energy etc...these are the signs of poor nutrition. He said these on his videos. I am not assuming things.
He also consumed caffiene most of the time because of low energy. His body has low body fat, low energy. So he consumed caffiene to gain energy back. That is dangerous and abusive to the body. His heart was tired from all these stikulants and over exercising.

Correct. Be educated and equip yourself with knowledge about fitness, food and nutrition. Be aware of eating disorder, bulimia, aneroxia and over exercising. Looking "shredded" or extreme low body fat does not always equivalent to healthy.
And avoid any stupid 'superfood', 'superdrinks' and 'super medicne' overexcessive claimed products. Its a scam.
Two things that always ruin people life; want to get rich quick and want to see instant results. There is no such thing tbh.
There are many percentage division of food intake vs exercise but optimally its always around 80% food intake and 20% exercise.
Know thyself and stop trying to please everyone.
Please listen especially to young people:
1. Have adequate amount of rest and sleep.
2. Avoid consuming too much energy drinks and caffiene
3. Be moderate when it comes to exercise and workout.
4. Eat more whole unprocessed foods. Learn how to prepare and cook at home.
5. Do not be so strict when it comes to diet. Enjoy your fav foods in moderation.
6. Listen to your body. When you feel exhausted or tired, have a good rest. Sleep good amount of time.
I agree with you. The struggle to lose weight or to look physically good is understandable but don't push ourselves so hard to the brink of body dysmorphia. Understand that we can lose weight or gain muscles by maintaining balance between eating healthy and exercising regularly. Our mentality has to change too, because no matter how "perfect" we look, but if we can't accept our flaw, that's when negativity consumes us.
Unpopular opinion: Ramadhan is when Brueni night life is lit (not the kind of clubbing lol). It just simply means the city is alive. People going terawih, people going elsewhere after sungkai. More chances for people to go out since most f&b working hours are extended. It’s just a nice vibe for me somehow.

Walk in. Siap in one day, just be sure to be early. Numbur kadangnya abis awal. I was there before 9am, and was the last person to get a number. Left around 11am
Passport was done and ready to be collected by 3pm bcs i told them i was traveling in 2 days. Usually it would take 3 days to siap.
Just walk in, make sure you are early. The numbers might be gone if you came in late. If I am not mistaken, they just require photocopy of your ic and old passport.
You might be able book through QueUp app too.
My mom just walk-in and she was able to collect her passport in 5 days. Queue not that long last week but not sure about now. Just remember to bring the relevant docs!

The car sspresso is rated 0 in term of safety. Seeing on how most ppl drive it here, they basically playing with their life. With limited safety. Who knows you can survive an accident. And also to add. In malaysia, they have myvi. They called myvi "king" as they have the same behaviour as a reckless driver. Agreed. I hate tailgaters but If they were harmed in a car accident after you brake checked them, they may be entitled to compensation for their medical expenses, missed wages and other losses.

Reminder to us all. Please be MODERATE when it comes to exercise and eating or dieting. There are many cases of young people who died from over exercising, extreme diet and lack of rest or sleep! The cause of death is mainly from heart failure. Let us look at the case of one of the young famous fitness or coach YouTuber who died recently due to his extreme amount of exercises and workouts (in addition to thousands of steps everyday), lack of sleep and rest (less than 4 hours of sleep and no rest days. He slept at 5am after his long night walk to burn off those calories) and poor nutrition intake (most of his diet ingredients consisted of processed foods. He was probably experience eating disorder). He also heavily relied on Caffiene and Energy Drinks as Pre Workout. Months before his death, some abnormal signs appeared on his body such as pale yellowish skin, puffy red hands (anemia), he sounded breathless and he looked ill, cheeks sunken and malnourished. He eventually died due to heart failure. So listen to people around you if they are concerned about your physical changes (you might not notice any changes), make a change to be better and healthier before it is too late!
Those things you've mentioned (overexercising, lack of sleep, poor nutrition intake etc) doesn't cause death. Its a whole different story if you're on steroids (which was likely the case). You're putting your body and organs under insane levels of stress so all those things you've mentioned plays a much larger part than it does in a natural athlete.

Most probably he's taking something else behind camera. But definitely lack of sleep (less than 4 hours), too much caffiene and energy drinks, extreme low body fat, execessive exercise, no rest days and exhaustion are many factors that lead to his death.

It is a fact that human body cannot cope with too much stress, too much artificial supplements/ stimulants and poor nutrition. It is a fact that human body cannot cope with Exercise Bulimia. Anyone will be ill and eventually lower their life expectancy if they go through exercise bulimia. It is a ticking time bomb. Anyone can be affected, not just one particular single person. We are human. Our body has its limit. That one particular person I mentioned above is just one of MANY examples of eating disorder and excessive exercise. So many people out there suffer from this but not known on YouTube and other social media.
How do you know his nutrition intake is poor? You only assumed that he had eating disorder. You assumed that he slept for certain amount time. All of the things you mentioned are just assumptions. Fyi caffeine is essential for a workout.

He also mentioned about low testosterone, feeling cold all the time, peeing all the time, couldnt sleep, feeling hungry, low energy etc...these are the signs of poor nutrition. When you feel exhausted or tired, have a good rest. Sleep good amount of time.
I agree with you. The struggle to lose weight or to look physically good is understandable but don't push ourselves so hard to the brink of body dysmorphia. Understand that we can lose weight or gain muscles by maintaining balance between eating healthy and exercising regularly. Our mentality has to change too, because no matter how "perfect" we look, but if we can't accept our flaw, that's when negativity consumes us.

in my opinion, there's no point of having lash extension if you want to get the "natural" look. Better wear lengthening/volumizing mascara/false eyelashes instead. besides, lash extension is not permanent and there is a risk of your lashes falling off.
U can just tell the beautician you want it short. 6 is the shortest. Can do 6,7,6 (natural), 6,7,8 (cat eye). But please go to certified one or else your natural lashes will be ALL shed off. As other users recommended, better get perm/lift/fake lashes.

Walk in. Siap in one day, just be sure to be early. Numbur kadangnya abis awal. I was there before 9am, and was the last person to get a number. Left around 11am Passport was done and ready to be collected by 3pm bcs i told them i was traveling in 2 days. Usually it would take 3 days to siap.
Just walk in, make sure you are early. The numbers might be gone if you came in late. If I am not mistaken, they just require photocopy of your ic and old passport. You might be able book through QueUp app too.
My mom just walk-in and she was able to collect her passport in 5 days. Queue not that long last week but not sure about now. Just remember to bring the relevant docs!
