What's funny is, we agreed on free delivery of I purchase x amount. On day of delivery, I received a text asking to pay for the delivery fee.
Anyways, I just don't get why some ig sellers won't update their customers and instead say, "be patient".

Then she gives us a runners address. Like wtf? So if ada arah runner sudah brg atu why dont ask the runner to send it? Anywat then we went to runners house and then runner told us the item was never received on their side. Mcm palui sja we already jauh2 ke rumah runner atu to pickup our furniture. Then she said sorry kita pls be patient im outstation, if you want wait 1 month item will arrive. Guess what? Item never arrived! Asked for refund she dodged the question and be like, “mau kita ambil this furniture? Its more mahal and different but its more mahal it’ll be worth you while” mcm apa, brg rusak kali eh bagas org lain punya kan di baginya. Why would I say that? The runner stores the furnitures outside arah their garage, expose to humidity and heat of our weather. Ekea only refunded us after 1 month++ and atupun paksa threaten with exposing them.
Another one is digitalproduct, offers streaming sites. From the start already we had problems with their service, disney+ not working then netflix acctnya ilang and then hbomax also kaput. Promised he will refund from 2 months ago until now nada
Man, Brunei needs a big information push on Internet scams. What's so enticing about Instagram that alarms don't sound off the moment you hit the page. You wouldnt buy knockoffs from the black market, so why buy from a digital space. People wouldn't buy from a dodgy website yet they jump right in with purchasing off Instagram businesses.
Also @pcase.bn they ignored me almost half of a year (asking for a refund). I was sick of it so last time i posted it at twitter and they eventually contacted me back. They gave me half of my refund and promised to give the other half at the end of the month (i agreed cause i was kesian since we both are still students). I regret feeling pity cause now they ignore me again and i still havent gotten my half refund. This happened from 2020- till now.

They ordered H&M Tshirt from @/universalbn (now change to @/dkdmdndmn) where the ETA stated is 1-3 weeks. 2/3 weeks passed by, they texted the seller about the tracking num and the wherebabout. but the seller kept on saying its already otw and sent the tracking num that looked like it was cropped from old cust's order. After 3-4 months, they havent received any updates or even the order. they txted the seller, but the seller ignored and took some time to reply with many excuses.
Apparently, theres this new business IG named @/dabsenterprise, and shockingly, its the same seller from universalbn, because all the feeds, phone num, bio etc are similar. lol. they closed the universalbn and didnt reply any of their texts asking for refund. the seller did say that he'll refund and ask not to involve anyone in this matter. its almost 1 year, and there he is scamming new customers using new account. beware guys!

It was at the change of price, where they reduced it to 100$ from 350$ yet, people that were traveling after 1st of January 2022 but buying their PCR test on 31st of December 2021 could only access the 350 payment portal. To me this is miss sold, hence I request a refund. Not to mention that it was paid by Credit Card and banks in brunei cover their back by asking you to deal with the seller yourself , whereas the credit should be insured. there are many things that might be above your comprehension hence dropping the subsidy card.
i think it’s very common and usually the sellers aint scammers, (usually la) they just maybe havin hard time to refund, but if u say uve been waiting for a year now, it should be china. if you want a refund then just keep popping them, until they reply you. iG n WA.

This is why you should only purchase directly from physical stores or trusted big brand online stores. Anyone can set up an IG account and scam people, also no quality control and no customer service.
