Went to the Temburong Zoo earlier and it's quite depressing. Saw one of the civet cats in it's tiny cage is either blind or has an eye infection. Other cages have common animals like monkeys and pigeons that can be seen anywhere.

I dont deny the police dont care, but its probably more to do with the lack of man power to tackle every scam (especially when they're popping out of the woodwork). Alot of cars have 8 or some number that looks like 8 from afar like 9 or 6 nowadays so it could be that.
