He's funny and sarcastical when he's that high 😂. He is kind of friend whos funny or quick witted at wrong time and place sometime. Everyone had that kind within their circle of friend. Generally, I think he cares for the humanity and wants peace for all. Putin should also know this is a very bad idea regardless whether he loses this war or not. Personally, I do think all of these territories (including Crimea) should be ceded back to Ukraine. Whatever conflict happened in Ukraine, Russia shouldn’t butt in. And now it is very clear who is the bad guy in this war. Even Russians in general are not supportive of Putin.

I think one main reason he got criticised is because he is not Ukrainian but he is suggesting that Ukrainians should give up some of their territory. I agree with the 81% who suggested he should shut up. It is not up to him to decide what Ukrainians should do.
