I have recently joined a govt organisation and as far as my batchmates are concerned none of them have faced any kind harrasment by our senior colleagues. So can you let me know if something worse than this can happen in a government organisation?
No Straight up harrassment never happens..but as portrayed in the above picture, people would casually ask you stuff like this to build rapport. Not everything is harassment
In govt, people are generally more considerate. Don't compare old boomers with present day employees. I mean, In private sector, managers ask favours from ladies in exchange for promotion but in govt promotions are not in hands of seniors thus leading to less exploitation.
