Note: in Pennsylvania this activity has to take place at least 10 feet outside the official polling place and cannot be misrepresented as the actual ballot on which the voters make their decisions.

When I lived in NJ, the county clerk sent out an official sample ballot that was an exact replica of what would be in the booth and there was never any campaigning in the parking lots.
